I. KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING: PROVIDE THE RIGHT TOOLS TO THE ACQUISITION OF AN ADEQUATE KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS BY THE STUDENTS OF THE IMPORTANT ASPECTS OF THE PROBLEMS RELATING TO «UNDERSTAND» AND TO «TEACH» PHILOSOPHY.
II. ABILITY TO APPLY KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING: CAPACITY OF THE PROPOSED CONTENT AND THE MATURING OF AN AUTONOMOUS JUDGMENT.

THE COURSE AIMS TO CONVEY THROUGH DESCRIPTION SOME AMONG THE FOREMOST ORIENTATIONS FOR TEACHING PHILOSOPHY AND PARTICULARLY IN CONSIDERATION OF THE CURRENT DEBATE WHICH DRAWS ON ‘CRITICAL THINKING’. THE LATTER IS DEDICATED TO AN INTEGRATED INCREMENT OF LOGICAL, CRITICAL-ARGUMENTATIVE AND TEXT-BASED ANALYTICAL ABILITIES.
Teaching Methods
THE EXPOSITION ABOUT THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE MAIN GUIDELINES IN THE DIDACTICS OF PHILOSOPHY WILL BE ALSO DEVELOPED IN THE LIGHT OF THE TEXT ANALYSIS OF THE A RECENT MINISTERIAL DOCUMENT. A READING AND WRITING LAB WILL BE CARRIED OUT AT DISPAC, PHILOSOPHY AND IMAGE LANGUAGES LAB.(LABORATORIO DI FILOSOFIA E LINGUAGGI DELL'IMMAGINE)
Verification of learning
CONTENTS ACQUISITION WILL BE TESTED IN ORAL AND WRITTEN FORM, BUT ALSO THROUGH STUDENTS' SPECIFIC PRODUCTS BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT WITH THE PROFESSOR.
