Antonio TUCCI Curriculum
Research Professor (since January 2004) for the discipline IUS/20 at Faculty of Giurisprudenza, University of Salerno. Associated Professor (from march 2005 – september 2010) in Sociologia del diritto, for the discipline IUS/20, at Faculty of “Lettere e Filosofia”, University of Salerno, where he taught also Cittadinanza e diritti (Citizenship and Rights). Since October 2010 he is Associated Professor in Sociologia del diritto (Law and Society) at Faculty of Giurisprudenza, where he teaches also Filosofia politica (political Philosophy). Professor at the master “Bioetica e deontologia professionale” at Faculty of Giurisprudenza (University of Salerno). Member of the Scientific Council of PhD Program “Diritto pubblico, Teoria delle Istituzioni Nazionali ed Europee e Filosofia Giuridica” (XIII cycle) curriculum, “Etica e filosofia politico giuridica” at University of Salerno. He is member of Scientific committee of the series “Quaderni del Laboratorio Kelsen” (Mimesis, Milano) and "Minima socialia" (Marchese editore, Napoli). He organized and took part in several national and international Seminars and Congresses. Coordinator of several researches (Farb) on Transformation of Law in Global Age; Processes of Subjectivation; Law and political Spaces; Repressive Law and Dynamics of Inclusion and Exclusion. Member of several research projects PRIN; at moment he is member of the research, “Governamentalità biopolitica: inclusione e felicità. Genealogia storica e concettuale, sfide presenti e prospettive future di una politica per l'uomo e la società”.
