Heinrich Christoph NEITZERT Curriculum

Heinz-Christoph Neitzert received the M.Sc. degree in eletrical engineering from the RWTH Aachen, Germany, in 1985, and the Ph.D. degree from the TU Berlin, Germany, in 1991. After holding post-doctoral positions 1992 at the Ecole Polytechnique, Palaiseau, France and from 1993 until 1994 at the Centro Studi e Laboratori Telecomunicazioni (CSELT), Torino, Italy he joined in 1994 CSELT in Torino as senior researcher. 1998 he got appointed associate professor for optoelectronics in the Electrical Engineering department of Salerno University in Fisciano, Italy.  Since 2013 he is with the Industrial Engineering department of the same university. His research interests are the development of new techniques for semiconductor material and device characterization, photovoltaics and thin-film electronics, based on amorphous semiconductors, polymers and carbon nanotubes. He is author and co-author of more than 130 publications in international journals and in proceedings of international conferences and holds 4 Italian and 3 international patents.
