Objectives
KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING SKILLS
THE STUDENT WILL TAKE THEORETICAL AND EMPIRICAL KNOWLEDGE ON MICROECONOMIC AND MACROECONOMIC MODELS APPLIED TO LABOR MARKET AND ALSO TO UNDERSTAND THE MODEL OF PERSONNEL ECONOMICS AND HUMAN RESOURCES ANALYSIS

CAPACITY TO APPLY THE KNOWLEDGE


MORE SPECIFIC THEY WILL UNDERSTAND THE INTERACTION BETWEEN LABOR DEMAND AND LABOR SUPPLY IN THE LABOR MARKET AND THEY CAN APPLY PROFESSIONALLY AND EFFICIENTLY THE THEORETICAL MODELS REGARDING IN PARTICULAR IN THE PERSONNEL ECONOMICS LITERATURE, THE ALLOCATION OF HUMAN RESOURCES, INCENTIVES AND INTERRUPTION OF THE LABOUR CONTRACT.

PERSONAL JUDGEMENT
THEY WILL ABLE TO DESCRIBE AND TO MAKE CRITICAL REVIEW OF THE MODELS IN ORDER TO IDENTIFY THE MOST PROPER INTERPRETATION OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN EMPLOYERS AND WORKERS IN PARTICULAR IN THE PERSONNEL ECONOMICS LITERATURE THE ALLOCATION OF HUMAN RESOURCES AND INCENTIVES.

THE ABILITY DEVELOPED DURING THE COURSE WILL MAKE THE STUDENTS ABLE TO COMMUNICATE THE KNOWLEDGE DEVELOPED IN ECONOMICS AND MANAGERIAL PROBLEMS OF THE JOB MARKET WITH PROPER TERMINOLOGY COMPREHENSIBLE FOR EXPERTS AND NOT EXPERTS IN LABOUR MARKET

THE STUDENTS WILL HAVE THE ABILITY TO DEVELOP AND IMPROVE THEIR SKILLS THROUGH THE CONSULTATION OF PUBLICATIONS, DATABASES AND INFORMATION NETWORK IN THE LABOUR MARKET AND TO DEVELOP THE PROFESSIONAL SKILLS USEFUL IN THE LABOUR MARKET AND FOR SPECIALIZED HIGHER EDUCATION.
