Carmen GALLUCCI Curriculum
CARMEN GALLUCCI is Confirmed Associate Professor in Corporate Finance (SECS-P/09), at University of Salerno.
EDUCATION E ACADEMIC HISTORY
In 1993 she was graduated in Economics and Commerce at the University of Salerno. Final mark 110/110 with honours.
Since 1995-1996 she has carried out Research in Corporate Finance and Marketing at the same University. In 1998 she concluded Doctoral Studies ( PhD) in Business Management at the University of Cassino.
She obtains a biennial Research Grant from 1999 to 2001;
In 2001 she is Researcher indefinitely
In 2005 she is Associate Professor and since she is Confirmed Associate Professor in Economics and Business Administration (SECS-P/08), at University of Salerno.
Since 2009 she is Confirmed Associate Professor in Corporate Finance (SECS P/09), at the same University.
In June and July 2015, she has spent a Visiting Research period and took a seminar as Erasmus Teaching at the Faculty of Management and Economics, University of Witten/Herdecke, Germany.
In April 2018, she obtains the national habilitation as Full Professor in Corporate Finance.
RESEARCH
Her research interests involve both corporate financial issues and more generally the area of management. She carries out, since many years, research on the topic of family succession, combining the theoretical study with consulting and training for different types of family firms. She is author of several publications in the field of family business.
She presented the results of her researches in different National and International Conferences.
She is Member of different National and international Academic Associations.
