Objectives
AT THE END OF THE TRAINING ACTIVITY THE STUDENT SHOULD HAVE ACQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS RELATED TO THE INTERVENTIONS OF DIAGNOSIS AND DEVELOPMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES IN HEALTH ORGANIZATIONS AND DIAGNOSIS OF THE FUNCTIONING OF THE WORKING GROUP. THE STUDENT SHOULD ALSO HAVE DEVELOPED:1) THE ABILITY TO UNDERSTAND AND DEAL WITH THE QUESTIONS AND CHALLENGES POSED BY HEALTH SYSTEMS THAT ARE TODAY HAVING TO FACE PROBLEMS RELATED MORE TO MANAGEMENT AND ORGANIZATION THAN TO THE CLINIC;2) THE ABILITY TO USE AND APPLY THE KNOWLEDGE DERIVING FROM THE PSYCHOLOGY OF WORK, ORGANIZATIONS AND RESOURCES IN THE PROFESSIONAL REALITY;3) KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING APPLIED TO ABILITY TO LEARN
AT THE END OF THE TRAINING ACTIVITY THE STUDENT SHOULD HAVE ACQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS RELATING TO DIAGNOSIS INTERVENTIONS AND DEVELOPMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES IN HEALTHCARE ORGANIZATIONS AND DIAGNOSIS OF THE OPERATION OF THE WORKING GROUP. THE STUDENT SHOULD ALSO HAVE DEVELOPED:
1) THE ABILITY TO UNDERSTAND AND DEAL WITH THE QUESTIONS AND CHALLENGES POSED BY HEALTHCARE SYSTEMS WHICH ARE TODAY HAVING TO FACE PROBLEMS RELATED MORE TO MANAGEMENT AND ORGANIZATION THAN TO THE CLINIC;
2) THE ABILITY TO USE AND APPLY KNOWLEDGE DERIVING FROM THE PSYCHOLOGY OF WORK, ORGANIZATIONS AND RESOURCES IN THE PROFESSIONAL REALITY;
3) KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY TO UNDERSTAND APPLIED TO DIAGNOSIS AND DEVELOPMENT INTERVENTIONS OF HUMAN RESOURCES AND NEW PROFESSIONAL ROLES OPERATING IN THE HEALTH SECTOR, TOOLS THAT CAN BE USEFUL FOR THOSE WHO ARE PART OF THE GOVERNANCE OF HEALTH SYSTEMS.
4) KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING APPLIED TO THE OPERATION OF WORKING GROUPS AND MANAGERIAL ROLES;
5) AUTONOMY OF JUDGMENT AND CRITICAL SENSE REGARDING THE ASPECTS ADDRESSED DURING THE COURSE;
6) THE ABILITY TO CRITICALLY ANALYZE RESEARCH RESULTS IN THE FIELD OF WORK PSYCHOLOGY, ORGANIZATIONS AND HUMAN RESOURCES.

ABILITY TO APPLY KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING
THE STUDENT MUST BE ABLE TO APPLY THEIR KNOWLEDGE, UNDERSTANDING AND PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS TO NEW OR UNFAMILIAR TOPICS WITHIN BROADER (OR INTERDISCIPLINARY) CONTEXTS RELATED TO THEIR FIELD OF STUDY.

AUTONOMY OF JUDGEMENT
THE STUDENT MUST DEMONSTRATE THE ABILITY TO INTEGRATE KNOWLEDGE AND MANAGE COMPLEXITY, AS WELL AS MAKE JUDGMENTS BASED ON LIMITED OR INCOMPLETE INFORMATION, INCLUDING REFLECTION ON THE SOCIAL AND ETHICAL RESPONSIBILITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THE APPLICATION OF THEIR KNOWLEDGE AND JUDGMENTS.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS
THE STUDENT MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE THEIR CONCLUSIONS, AS WELL AS THE KNOWLEDGE AND RATIONALE UNDERLYING THEM, IN A CLEAR AND UNAMBIGUOUS WAY TO SPECIALIST AND NON-SPECIALIST INTERLOCUTORS.

LEARNING ABILITY
THE STUDENT MUST DEVELOP THOSE LEARNING SKILLS THAT ALLOW THEM TO CONTINUE STUDYING MOSTLY IN A SELF-DIRECTED OR AUTONOMOUS WAY.
Prerequisites
FOR THE USE OF THE COURSE ARE NOT NECESSARY SPECIFIC SKILLS AND / OR PREVIOUS KNOWLEDGE OTHER THAN THOSE REQUIRED FOR ENROLLMENT IN THE STUDY PROGRAMME, IN PARTICULAR NOTIONS OF GENERAL LAW, NOTIONS OF GENERAL ECONOMY, NOTIONS OF GENERAL SOCIOLOGY, NOTIONS OF GENERAL AND SOCIAL PSYCHOLOGY.

THE EXAM IS AIMED AT ASSESSING THE STUDENT'S ABILITY TO HAVE LEARNED THE FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLES OF THE DIFFERENT DISCIPLINES. THE VOTE, DECIDED COLLEGIALLY, EXPRESSED IN THIRTIETHS WITH POSSIBLE HONORS, WILL DEPEND ON THE MATURITY ACQUIRED ON THE CONTENTS OF THE INTEGRATED COURSE. FOR THE PURPOSES OF AWARDING PRAISE, THE QUALITY OF THE EXPOSITION, IN TERMS OF THE USE OF APPROPRIATE SCIENTIFIC LANGUAGE AND THE AUTONOMY OF JUDGMENT DEMONSTRATED, WILL BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT.
