KNOWLEDGE AND COMPREHENSION SKILLS THE TEACHING PROVIDES STUDENTS WITH THE KEY NOTIONS IN THE FIELD OF ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR. IN PARTICULAR, IT AIMS AT DEVELOPING THE SO-SAID SOFT SKILLS, THAT IS TO SAY CROSS-SECTIONAL SKILLS, INCLUDING LEADERSHIP, SELF MARKETING, PROBLEM SOLVING, DECISION MAKING, NEGOZIATION, RELATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS, TEAM WORK - WHICH ARE CRITICAL IN THE CURRENT WORK CONTEXT OF EDUCATIONAL SERVICES, CONTINUOUS EDUCATION AND SOCIO-REHABILITATING EDUCATION KNOWLEDGE AND APPLIED COMPREHENSION SKILLS THE STUDENTS WILL ENHANCE THEIR ABILITY TO EXAMINE ORGANIZATIONAL ISSUES. IN PARTICULAR, THEY WILL BE ABLE TO CONTEXTUALIZE AND APPLY THE THEORETICAL CONCEPTS IN THE FIELD OF ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR TO THE SPECIFIC CONTEXT OF ADULT EDUCATION, CONTINUOUS EDUCATION AND NON-SCHOLASTIC TRAINING COURSES. MOREOVER, THE TEACHING IS AIMED AT IMPROVING THE INTERACTIVE SKILLS OF STUDENTS, BY INVOLVING THEM IN THE PRESENTATION OF PROJECT WORKS DEVELOPED DURING THE PROGRAMME OF THE TEACHING, BOTH INDIVIDUALLY AND IN GROUP. DURING THE LESSONS, THE STUDENTS WILL BE LEAD IN THE DISCOVERY OF THE COMMUNICATION POTENTIAL THAT CURRENT INFORMATION TOOLS HAVE IN THE FIELD OF TRAINING AND EDUCATION. |
