THE CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY COURSE OUTLINES AN ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT AND GOVERNANCE MODEL BASED ON BALANCING THE INTERESTS OF ALL STAKEHOLDERS BY INTEGRATING TRADITIONAL ECONOMIC GOALS WITH OTHERS OF AN ENVIRONMENTAL AND SOCIAL NATURE. THE AIM OF THIS COURSE IS TO TRANSFER THE STUDENTS TO THE BASIC CONCEPTS FOR ADOPTION IN GOVERNANCE MODELS AND MANAGEMENT TOOLS INSPIRED BY A TRIPLE BOTTOM LINE APPROACH, WHICH CAN INTEGRATE THE ECONOMIC, ENVIRONMENTAL AND SOCIAL DIMENSION AND IMPROVE THE THE GLOBAL QUALITY OF THE EUROPEAN AND ITALIAN ECONOMIC SYSTEM. AT THE END OF THE COURSE STUDENTS WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: - KNOWLEDGE OF STRATEGIC, OPERATIONAL AND COMMUNICATIONAL TOOLS USEFUL FOR PROMOTING SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY OF ORGANIZATIONS; - THE ABILITY TO INDIVIDUALLY IDENTIFY AND EVALUATE THE ADOPTION OF THE MOST APPROPRIATE INSTRUMENTS FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION, IN THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF TERRITORIAL ENTITIES, OF SUSTAINABLE PATHS, OR CAPABLE OF INTEGRATING THE ECONOMIC, ENVIRONMENTAL AND SOCIAL DIMENSIONS; - KNOWLEDGE OF THE MAIN CRITICALITIES AND OPPORTUNITIES THAT DERIVE FROM THE ADOPTION OF SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE PATHS; - KNOWLEDGE OF A NEW PROFESSIONAL FIGURE THAT IS GAINING MOMENTUM IN THE LABOR MARKET: CSR MANAGER DEDICATED SPECIFICALLY TO MANAGING SOCIO-ENVIRONMENTAL AND SUSTAINABILITY ISSUES ASSOCIATED WITH BUSINESS ACTIVITIES, TRANSLATING CHALLENGES AND OPPORTUNITIES OF THE COMPETITIVE ENVIRONMENT INTO BUSINESS STRATEGIES AND CSR INITIATIVES; - SPECIFIC SKILLS FOR INTERPRETING AND COMMUNICATING MANAGEMENT PERFORMANCE, BOTH INTERNALLY AND EXTERNALLY, FROM A SUSTAINABILITY POINT OF VIEW. |

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY TEACHING IS DIVIDED INTO 60-HOUR FRONTAL LESSONS (12 CFU), WHICH TAKE PLACE IN THE CLASSROOM WITH THE AID OF PROJECTIONS. SEMINARS, TESTIMONIES, WORK GROUPS ARE ALSO PROVIDED, INTERACTIONS WITH THE TEACHER AND WITH SCHOLARS AND EXPERTS IN THE FIELD. |
Verification of learning | |

THE FINAL EXAM CONSISTS OF AN ORAL TEST AIMED AT ASSESSING THE KNOWLEDGE ACQUIRED. DURING THAT TEST WILL BE MADE AT LEAST THREE QUESTIONS AND DISCUSSION OF THE CONTENTS LISTED IN THE TEACHING PROGRAM. IN FACT, THIS TEST IS AIMED AT ASSESSING THE LEVEL OF KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS ACQUIRED BY THE STUDENT AND VERIFYING THEIR ABILITY TO EXHIBIT.THE EVALUATION WILL BE OUT OF THIRTIETH. |
