Objectives
STUDENTS WILL ACQUIRE AN IN-DEPTH KNOWLEDGE OF MARKETING LAW AND WILL BE ABLE TO UNDERSTAND THE LEGAL PROFILES OF THE ECONOMIC-BUSINESS DYNAMICS INVOLVED IN MARKETING ACTIVITIES, WITH PARTICULAR ATTENTION TO THE CASES AND PROTECTIONS OPERATING IN THE CURRENT DIGITAL DIMENSION OF BUSINESS ACTIVITY.
STUDENTS WILL BE ABLE TO USE THE ACQUIRED KNOWLEDGE IN ORDER TO DEVELOP EFFECTIVE LEGAL SOLUTIONS IN THE CONTEXT OF THE NEW MARKET DYNAMICS, ALSO THROUGH THE CONSCIOUS USE OF THE LEGAL INSTRUMENTS FUNCTIONAL TO THE MANAGEMENT OF THE PROMOTION AND MARKETING OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES OF COMPANIES.
STUDENTS WILL BE ABLE TO UNDERSTAND AND APPLY AUTONOMOUSLY THE NORMATIVE MATERIAL AND THE PERSPECTIVES ELABORATED BY THE PRACTICE ON THE SUBJECT, NOT ONLY NATIONAL, DEVELOPING A FULL MASTERY OF THE LEGAL ISSUES ADDRESSED.
STUDENTS WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN A METHOD OF ANALYSIS OF THE LEGAL ISSUES DEALT WITH, THROUGH THE CONSULTATION OF REGULATORY TEXTS, CONTRACTUAL MODELS, ALSO THROUGH ACCESS TO NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL LEGAL DATABASES.

FTER AN INTRODUCTION TO THE SOURCES AND THE EVOLUTION OF COMMERCIAL LAW, THE COURSE WILL FOCUS ON THE FOLLOWING TOPICS:
THE DISTINCTIVE SIGNS: TRADEMARKS (4 HOURS); DOMAIN NAMES (3 HOURS); PROTECTION OF PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA IN MARKETING ACTIVITIES (3 HOURS); BRAND LICENSE (2 HOURS); BRAND LICENSING AND MERCHANDISING (4 HOURS); THE PROMOTION OF PRODUCTS: ADVERTISING (2 HOURS); SPONSORSHIP (2 HOURS); COPYRIGHT ONLINE (3 HOURS); RESPONSIBILITY OF INTERNET INTERMEDIARIES (3 HOURS); ON-LINE DISTRIBUTION (4 HOURS).
Teaching Methods
THE COURSE WILL TAKE PLACE IN THE SECOND SEMESTER AND INCLUDES A TOTAL OF 30 HOURS OF LESSONS

Verification of learning
THE EXAM CONSISTS IN A ORAL EXAMINATION.
THE FINAL VOTE IS ATTRIBUTED IN THIRTY-TWO
THE EXAMINATION IS EXCEEDED WHEN THE TOTAL VOTE IS SAME OR MORE THAN 18/30 AND THE TOTAL IS GREATER OR MORE THAN 18/30.
THE MINIMUM EVALUATION LEVEL (18/30) IS ATTRIBUTED WHEN THE STUDENT HAS A FRAGMENTAL KNOWLEDGE OF THEORETICAL CONTENTS OR SHOWS A LIMITED CAPACITY TO CONNECT THE NORMATIVE REFERENCES TO THE STUDY CONTEXT.
THE MAXIMUM LEVEL (30/30) IS ATTRIBUTED WHEN THE STUDENT DEMONSTRATES A COMPLETE AND DEEPENED KNOWLEDGE OF THEORETICAL CONTENTS OR SHOWS A NOTABLE CAPACITY TO CONNECT THE NORMATIVE REFERENCES TO THE STUDY CONTEXT.
PRAISE IS GIVEN WHEN THE CANDIDATE DEMONSTRATES SIGNIFICANT MASTERY OF CONTENTS AND OPERATIVE THEORY AND EXHIBITION OF KNOWING HOW TO SUBMIT ARGUMENTS WITH REMARKABLE PROPERTIES OF LANGUAGE AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT INDEPENDENT EVEN IN CONTEXT OTHER THAN THOSE PROPOSED BY THE TEACHER.
