Chiara FALCONE Curriculum
Born in Pagani (Salerno) on 1972; lives in Naples.
Researcher at the University of the Studies of Salerno since 2002; confirmed in that role for the scientific sector IUS/01 (private law) since 16.12.2005.
Since the academic year 2011/2012, she is auxiliary professor of ‘Legislation of the cultural heritage’ at the faculty of ‘Literature and Philosophy’ of the University, degree in Cultural Heritage.
Ph.D. in ‘International law and national law in international subject’, March, 12th 2003.
Member of the management committee of the Central Institute for the unique catalogue of the Italian libraries and for the bibliographic information – ICCU (Minister decree 6.8.2012).
She is specialized in the English language and took in 1999 the Certificate of Proficiency in English issued by the University of Cambridge ESOL Examinations.
She is a lawyer since 1999, member of the Bar association at the Court of Nocera Inferiore.
