Objectives
KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING: STUDENTS ACQUIRE CONCEPTUAL INSTRUMENTS INCLUDING BIRTH, MANAGEMENT AND TRANSFORMATIONS OF ENTERPRISES BY A MULTIDISCIPLINARY APPROACH.
APPLYING KNOWLEDGE AND COMPREHENSION: STUDENTS WILL BE INTERESTED IN INTERPRETING BUSINESS EVOLUTION DYNAMICS.
MAKING JUDGEMENT: STUDENTS WOULD BE ASSESSED TO EVALUATE EVOLUTIVE DYNAMICS OF BUSINESSES, ACCORDING TO A GENERAL PERSPECTIVE, AS SUCH AS SECTOR PERSPECTIVE.
COMMUNICATIVE SKILLS: STUDENTS MAKE A SPECIALIST LANGUAGE. WOULD BE INVITED TO SUBMIT REPORT SUBJECT TO LEARNING.
LEARNING CAPABILITY: STUDENTS WILL BE ABLE TO READ THE EFFICIENCY THROUGH THE VERIFICATION OF MODELS AND THE USE OF METHODS, TECHNIQUES AND OPERATING INSTRUMENTS

THE COURSE IS DIVIDED INTO FOUR MODULES. THE FIRST THREE MODULES ARE COMMON TO ALL STUDENTS; THE FOURTH IS AIMED AT STUDENTS TAKING THE EXAM OF 9 CREDITS.
FIRST MODULE: ENTERPRISES IN THE SYSTEMIC PERSPECTIVE
THE MODULE INTRODUCES THE STUDY OF THE ORGANIZATION IN A SYSTEMIC PERSPECTIVE – VIABLE SYSTEMS APPROACH (VSA) AND SERVICE SCIENCE MANAGEMENT ENGINEERING + DESIGN (SSME+D) –, PROPOSING A NEW MODEL OF INTERPRETATION OF THE EVOLUTIONARY DYNAMICS OF BUSINESS. IN PARTICULAR, WE DEVELOP THE CONCEPTS OF: CREATION AND EVOLUTION OF SYSTEMS THINKING, FORMAL THEORIES, SOCIAL SYSTEMS, ENTERPRISE AS A SYSTEM, DIFFERENT REPRESENTATIONS SYSTEMIC FIRM

SECOND MODULE: ENTERPRISES AS VIABLE SYSTEMS
THE MODULE SHOWS THE REPRESENTATION OF THE ENTERPRISES AS VIABLE SYSTEMS. THROUGH THE CONCEPTUAL MATRIX OF VIABLE SYSTEMS APPROACH (VSA), IS ABLE TO EXPLAIN, FROM THE LOGICAL AND STRUCTURAL STANDPOINT, THE DEVELOPMENT THAT LEADS FROM THE BUSINESS IDEA TO THE EMERGENCE OF A VIABLE SYSTEM, IN OTHER WORDS, AN ORGANIZATION ABLE TO SURVIVE IN COMPLEX CONTEXTS. IN PARTICULAR, WE DEVELOPE THE CONCEPTS: VIABLE SYSTEM, POSTULATES AND CONCEPTUAL MATRIX VSA BASED, BUSINESS IDEA, ORGANIZATIONAL SCHEME, STRUCTURAL CONFIGURATIONS, EMERGING SYSTEM, DECISIONS AND MANAGEMENT IN VIABLE SYSTEMS.

THIRD MODULE: VIABILITY AND SUSTAINABILITY OF SYSTEM ENTERPRISES
THE MODULE DESCRIBES “HOW” VALUES AND ATTITUDES OF DECISION MAKERS AND COMMUNICATION AFFECT THE SUSTAINABLE CHOICES IN COMPLEX CONTEXTS. WE ANALYZE SOME TYPICAL TECHNIQUES OF “KNOWLEDGE” AND MANAGERIAL CAPACITY TO CREATE A SYSTEM IN COMMUNICATION VIEW. IN PARTICULAR, WE DEVELOPE THE CONCEPTS OF: ENVIRONMENT AND CONTEXT, BUSINESS SUSTAINABILITY, DECISION MAKING, PROBLEM SOLVING, HARMONY, RESONANCE, CHAOS, ABDUCTION, COMPLEXITY, INDUCTION, COMPLICATION, DEDUCTION, CERTAINTY.

FOURTH MODULE: MANAGING SOME OPERATIONS
THE MODULE DEVELOPS SOME BUSINESS OPERATIONS: ORGANIZATION, FINANCE, PRODUCTION

Verification of learning
FOR ACHIEVING THE OBJECTIVES OF TEACHING IT IS NECESSARY PASS THE EXAM EVALUATED THROUGH A 30-POINT OF SCALE. THE EXAMINATION PROVIDES A WRITTEN TEST AND AN ORAL TEST; THEY CAN TAKE PLACE IN DIFFERENT DAYS (WRITTEN TEST IS PROPEDEUTIC TO THE ORAL TEST); EACH PART CAN BE PASSED WITH ALMOST 18/30. THE FINAL EVALUATION IS PROVIDED BY THE MEDIUM OF THE EVALUATION PROVIDED IN ANY TEST.
THE WRITTEN TEST, OF THE DURATION OF ONE HOURS AND AN HALF (1,5 HOURS) IS FINALIZED TO PERFECT TRANSPARENT AND OBJECTIVE THE LEVEL OF KNOWLEDGE AND THE CAPACITY OF COMPREHENSION GIVEN BY THE STUDENT ON THE THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL CONTENTS INDICATED IN THE PROGRAM AND THE APPLICATION CAPACITY ACQUISITE THEORECTICAL KNOWLEDGE.
THE TEST IS COMPOSED OF 20 MULTIPLE ANSWERS AND 2 OPEN RESPONSE; ANY MULTIPLE ANSWERS QUESTION IS VALUE 1 WHEN OPEN AN OPPOSITE 2 POINTS. TRACKING OF MULTIPLE ANSWERS IS SUFFICIENT TO INDICATE ONE, PROVIDING THAT THAT IS CONSIDERED EXACTLY BY KNOWLEDGE. THE SECOND PART IS SUBJECT TO TWO OPINIONS OPEN, FOCALIZED ON FIRM PHENOMENON AND ITS EVOLUTIONARY DYNAMICS ACCORDING TO A COMPLEX APPROACH.
QUESTIONS ARE SIMILAR TO THOSE RESOLUTIONS DURING THE LEARNING HOURS.
DURING THE WRITTEN TEST IS NOT ALLOWED TO CONSULT TEXTS, USE PC AND MOBILE TELEPHONE.
THE SCOPE OF THE WRITTEN TEST IS TO VERIFY THE COMPLETE KNOWLEDGE OF THE DEVELOPED PROGRAM.
THE ORAL TEST OF THE 20 MINUTES ON WHICH IS CONSIDERED IN A QUESTION WITH QUESTIONS AND DISCUSSION TO APPROPRIATE THE VERIFICATION OF THE LEARNING. IN THAT WAY THERE IS THE ASSESSMENT OF THE KNOWLEDGE AND THE CAPABILITY OF COMPRESSION.
