Objectives
KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING.
STUDENTS WILL ACQUIRE THE NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE FOR THE DESIGN AND CRITICAL REVISION OF THE BUSINESS MODEL OF A NEW ENTREPRENEURIAL PROJECT. THE LABORATORY ALLOWS STUDENTS TO TEST ON REAL ENTREPRENEURIAL PROJECTS SOME TOOLS FOR THE ANALYSIS AND DEFINITION OF BUSINESS MODEL OF INNOVATIVE START-UP.

APPLYING KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING.
THROUGH THE ANALISYS AND PROJECT WORKS ON CASE STUDIES, THE LABORATORY ALLOWS 'STUDENTS TO APPLY ON FIELD THE KNOWLEDGE ACQUIRED. THE LABORATORY ALLOWS TO DEVELOP THE SKILLS NECESSARY TO SUPPORT POTENTIAL AND NEW ENTREPRENEURS IN THE DEFINITION OF A BUSINESS MODEL ADEGUATE TO VALUE CREATION AND ACQUISITION OF A COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE.

MAKING JUDGEMENTS.
STUDENTS WILL DEVELOP A GOOD ANALYSIS CAPABILITY OF POTENTIAL AND REAL FEASIBILITY OF AN ENTREPRENEURIAL PROJECT. THEY ALSO DEVELOP A GOOD PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS FOR DEFINITION AND/OR REVISON OF THE BUSINESS MODEL OF A NEW ENTREPRENEURIAL PROJECT.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
STUDENTS WILL BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE THE CONTENTS AND THE EFFECTIVENESS OF NEW ENTREPRENEURIAL PROJECTS AND THEY WILL BE ABLE TO INTERACT WITH THE VARIOUS STAKEHOLDERS (GOVERNMENT AGENCIES, INVESTORS, COMPANIES) INVOLVED IN THE CREATION OF NEW BUSINESS INITIATIVES.

LEARNING SKILLS.
THE STUDENT WILL DEVELOP THE ABILITY OF USING THE DIFFERENT DATABASES AND ACADEMIC JOURNALS FOR THE ACQUISITION OF DATA AND INFORMATION USEFUL FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF INNOVATIVE ENTREPRENEURIAL PROJECTS AND FOR THE DESIGN OF BUSINESS MODEL.

3) IDEA GENERATION AND IDEA DESIGN: HOW TO TRANSFORM AN IDEA IN A VALUE PROPOSITION;
4) CUSTOMER DESIGN: ANALYZE, UNDERSTAND, SEGMENT AND REACH THE MARKET;
5) DEFINITION OF THE COMPANY STRUCTURE: RESOURCES, PARTNERSHIPS, ACTIVITIES; COSTS AND REVENUE STREAM;
6) HOW TO COMMUNICATE THE ENTREPRENEURIAL PROJECT: THE PITCH

Verification of learning
THE VERIFICATION OF LEARNING IS DIVIDED IN TWO STEPS: THE DISCUSSION OF A PROJECT WORK; THE FINAL ORAL EXAM FOCUSED ON THE COURSE PROGRAM;
STUDENTS, DIVIDED IN GROUPS, WILL HAVE THE TASK TO ANALYZE THE CURRENT BUSINESS MODEL OF AN ENTREPRENEURIAL PROJECT PRESENTED IN THE CLASSROOM AT THE BEGININNING OF THE LESSONS. GROUPS WILL HIGHLIGHT THE STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES OF THE PROJECT AND THEY WILL HAVE THE OBJECTIVE TO REVISE THE MODEL.
EACH GROUP SUPPORTED BY TUTORING ACTIVITIES, WILL BE GUIDED IN THE PROCESS OF BUSINESS MODEL RE-ARRANGEMENT.

THE REFORMULATED BUSINESS MODEL WILL BE PRESENTED IN THE CLASSROOM, AT THE END OF TEACHING ACTIVITIES AT THE PRESENCE OF THE ENTREPRENEUR.
VERIFICATION OF LEARNING WILL BE COMPLETED BY AN ORAL INTERVIEW.
THE EVALUATION WILL BE EXPRESSED WITH SUPERATED OR NOT SUPERATED.
