Consolatina Liguori was born in Solofra (AV), Italy, in 1969. She received the M.S. degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Salerno, Italy, in 1993, and the Ph. degree at the University of Cassino, Italy, in 1997. In 1997 she joined the Department of Industrial Engineering of the University of Cassino as an Assistant Professor of Electrical Measurements. She was Associate Professor of Electrical and Electronic Measurements from 2001 to 2013. In 2010 she joined the of Department of Industrial Engineering of the University of Salerno. She has been Full Professor of Electrical and Electronic Measurements since December 2012.
Her main interests are in fields of
- Digital Signal Processing
- Image-based measurement systems
- Measurement characterization
- Instrument fault detection and isolation
