Engineer, Associate Professor of Appraisal at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Salerno, responsible for the courses entitled Economics and evaluations on the degree courses in Civil Engineering and Environmental Engineering, as well as Appraisals on the five-year degree course in Construction-Architectural Engineering. Author of studies and research on issues of economic and financial feasibility and quality assessment in redevelopment housing, urban and regional planning, the appraisal of ordinary and extraordinary properties, compensation for expropriation, single and multi-dimensional evaluation procedures and techniques. Active member and auditor for the SIEV (Italian Society of Appraisal and Evaluation), member of several technical orders in accordance to art. 21 of DPR 327/01, scientific director of the online magazine www.e-stimo.it.
