KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING ACQUISITION OF TECHNICAL LANGUAGE ON THE SUBJECT OF APPRAISAL, OF THE PARADIGMS OF THE DISCIPLINE, OF THE OPERATIONAL LOGIC AND OF THE LEGISLATION. APPLYING KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING KNOW THE SOURCES WHICH PROVIDE THE DATA FOR THE ESTIMATES, KNOW HOW TO READ AND UNDERSTAND DOCUMENTS AND INFORMATIONS TO USE IN THE ASSESSMENT, BE ABLE TO TRANSLATE IN A TECHNICAL DOCUMENT (SURVEY OR OTHERWISE) THE PHASES OF ESTIMATE JUDGMENT.
