GENERAL GOAL. THE COURSE AIMS TO PROVIDE LEARNERS WITH THE BASIC PRINCIPLES AND TOOLS FOR THE DESIGN OF INTEGRATED SOLUTIONS WITH RESPECT TO COMPLEX NEEDS (PROJECT MANAGEMENT), WITH PARTICULAR EMPHASIS ON THE BALANCE OF TECHNICAL AND ECONOMIC INSTANCES. IN ADDITION, THE TEACHING ALLOWS TO ACQUIRE SKILLS FOR THE CERTIFICATION OF PROJECT MANAGER UNI11648 - ISSUED BY AICQ SICEV AND CEPAS - WITH REGISTRATION IN THE ACCREDIA REGISTER, AS WELL AS TO ACQUIRE THE EXPERIENTIAL MATURATION OF BASIC PRINCIPLES AND TOOLS, THROUGH THEIR APPLICATION TO THE PROBLEMS OF STRUCTURING TENDER BIDS AND CONTRACT MANAGEMENT. FINALLY, THE COURSE ENABLES THE DEVELOPMENT OF BASIC SKILLS FOR THE PROFESSIONAL FIGURES OF THE PROJECT MANAGER AND VALUE ENGINEER. KNOWLEDGE AND COMPREHENSION SKILLS. THE STUDENT WILL ACQUIRE THE SPECIFIC TECHNICAL AND ECONOMIC VOCABULARY, LOGIC, TOOLS AND TECHNIQUES, AS WELL AS KNOWLEDGE OF THE REGULATIONS THAT CHARACTERIZE THESE DISCIPLINES. ABILITY TO APPLY KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING. THE STUDENT WILL BE ABLE TO READ, INTERPRET AND ANALYZE RELEVANT REGULATIONS, SCIENTIFIC TOOLS FOR APPLICATION TO CONCRETE CASES, INFORMATION SOURCES TO SURVEY MATERIAL AND PROCESSING COSTS, AND TO TRANSLATE THE RESULTS OF VALUE ANALYSIS INTO A TECHNICAL REPORT. AUTONOMY OF JUDGMENT. THE STUDENT WILL BE ABLE TO ELICIT CRITICAL PRIORITY ISSUES IN ORDINARILY COMPLEX PROCESSES TO FORMULATE SYNTHESIS SOLUTIONS IN RELATION TO HIS OR HER PERSONAL BACK-GROUND AND OPERATIONAL EXPERIENCES. COMMUNICATION SKILLS. THE STUDENT WILL BE ABLE TO RELATE TO EXPERTS FROM OTHER DISCIPLINES, DEVELOP AND CULTIVATE TEAM SPIRIT, AND COMMUNICATE THE RESULTS OF THEIR WORK IN CLEAR AND EFFECTIVE TERMS. LEARNING SKILLS. THE STUDENT WILL BE ABLE TO APPLY METHODOLOGICAL PRINCIPLES TO THE MANY DIFFERENT AREAS OF EXPERTISE IN THE DISCIPLINES IN QUESTION AND TO UPDATE HIS OR HER PREPARATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DEVELOPMENT OF TOOLS FOR ANALYSIS AND INFORMATION PROCESSING, AS WELL AS WITH THE EVOLUTION OF THE REGULATORY FRAMEWORK OF REFERENCE. |

THE STUDENTS, DISTRIBUTED IN WORKING GROUPS, ARE ASKED TO DEVELOP A TECHNICAL AND ECONOMIC OFFER FOR DIFFERENT CONSTRUCTION TYPOLOGIES. THE DETAILS OF THE LESSON AND EXERCISE HOURS ARE GIVEN IN THE PREVIOUS PARAGRAPH. 4,4 CFU ARE REFERRED TO LESSONS, 1,6 CFU TO EXERCISES. |

THE EXAM, WHICH WILL BE HELD AT THE END OF THE COURSE, IS CARRIED OUT WITH AN INDIVIDUAL ORAL TEST AND IS AIMED AT VERIFYING THE FOLLOWING EQUIVALENT CRITERIA: - LANGUAGE PROPERTIES OF THE CANDIDATE WITH RESPECT TO THE SPECIFIC TERMINOLOGY OF THE DISCIPLINES IN QUESTION; - KNOWLEDGE OF THE PROCESSES, TECHNIQUES AND TOOLS OF THE DISCIPLINES; - KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY TO RESOLVE APPLICATION ISSUES. THE DURATION OF THE EXAM IS PROPORTIONAL TO THE VERIFICATION OF THE LEARNING OF THE PROGRAM CONTENTS. THE RESULT OF THE CHECK IS EXPRESSED IN THIRTIETHS. THE MINIMUM SCORE FOR PASSING THE EXAM IS 18/30 AND IS ATTRIBUTED FOR A BASIC LEVEL OF KNOWLEDGE OF THE PROCESSES, TECHNIQUES AND TOOLS OF THE DISCIPLINES COVERED DURING THE COURSE; THE MAXIMUM GRADE IS 30/30, AWARDED WHEN THE LEARNER DEMONSTRATES AN IN-DEPTH LEVEL OF KNOWLEDGE OF THE TOPICS ILLUSTRATED, AN EXCELLENT ABILITY TO RESOLVE APPLICATION ISSUES, AS WELL AS THE CORRECT ACQUISITION OF THE SPECIFIC TECHNICAL AND ECONOMIC VOCABULARY.
