Curriculum Docente
Massimo de Falco è Professore dell’Università di Salerno, docente di Studi di Fattibilità e Project Management nel corso di Laurea Magistrale in Business Innovation and Informatics. Visiting Professor di Entrepreneurial Finance presso la University of Dubai.
Laureato con lode in Ingegneria Aeronautica presso l’Università Federico II (1991), ha svolto il dottorato di ricerca in Impianti Industriali della Università di Napoli “Federico II” presso il Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Attualmente è Direttore del Consorzio di Ricerca Sistemi Agenti e coordina il Distretto ad Alta Tecnologia dell’Energia in Campania. Membro del Consiglio Direttivo della CARISAL (Cassa di Risparmio di Salerno). Membro dell’Advisor Board del Advanced Power and Energy Center del Masdar Institute – Abu Dhabi. Membro dell’albo di esperti per il Trasferimento Tecnologico del Ministero per lo Sviluppo Economico.
Ha fondato e diretto il Master di secondo livello in Engineering and Contracting (MEC) del Politecnico di Milano. Ha organizzato e coordinato 11 progetti di ricerca e sviluppo con Partnership Pubblico Private per complessivi 60 milioni di euro.
Massimo de Falco is professor of Advanced Project Management at University of Salerno - Italy; he holds a degree cum laude in Aeronautic Engineering and a PhD in Operations Management both from the University of Naples Federico II. During his PhD he spent two years as visiting researcher at Sloan School of Management of MIT.
He was the founder and director of Master Program on Engineering and Contracting at Polytechnic of Milan and held for years the course of advanced project management in the MBA of LUISS Business School in Rome.
Currently he is Executive Director of CORISA (Public-Private Research Consortium on ICT), member of Advisory Board of Advanced Power and Energy Center (APEC) of Masdar Institute (Abu Dhabi), member of the Steering Committee of CARISAL (Bank Foundation of Salerno Region), International Business Manager of Smart Power System (Public-Private Research Consortium on Renewable Energy and Smart Grids), Member of the Expert Committee of Ministry of Economic Development and Member of the Expert Committee of Ministry of University and Research.
He is Author of more than 70 publications in the fields of interest and Member of Editorial Board of International Journal of Project Management (UK). His cooperation with entities in the GCC Countries goes back to the 2004 and has promoted several projects in the area, worth to mention the foundation of GCC magazine on Architecture and Design.
Currently visiting professor at University of Dubai, teaching Entrepreneurship Finance in the Dubai Business School.
