Objectives
THE COURSE AIMS TO PROVIDE IN-DEPTH KNOWLEDGE OF FILM STUDIES, AND WILL COMBINE HISTORY, THEORY, ANALYSIS OF FILMS AND ITS METHODOLOGIES IN ORDER TO ADDRESS A NUMBER OF CRUCIAL ISSUES WHICH HAVE EMERGED IN THE COURSE OF THE HISTORY OF CINEMA (SUCH AS FILM CULTURE AND FILM CRITICISM, TECHNIQUE AND TECHNOLOGY, STYLE, ARCHIVAL RESEARCH AND SO ON). SPECIFIC ATTENTION WILL BE PAID TO SPECIFIC NATIONAL CINEMAS, TRENDS AND MOVEMENTS.

GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF THE HISTORY OF CINEMA
