Gaspare DALIA Curriculum

Graduated with honors in criminal law in 1999, was owner, in 2000, of an annual grant for specialization in Criminal Law at the University of Monaco of Bavaria; by 2002 is lawyer; in January 2005 he obtained the title of PhD in Criminal procedure (internal, international and comparative - XVI cycle) at the University of Foggia; in November 2005, gets into the role of Assistant Professor of Criminal Procedure in 'University of Salerno, and he was confirmed in June 2009; from the academic year 2009/2010, teachs General theory of the process, within the Master in Law. Since A.Y. 2014-2015 he teachs Comparative criminal procedure. He was responsible for the years 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2014 of upgrading courses in Criminal procedure within the Training Plan of the Bar Council of Salerno. Teachs at the School of Specialization for the Legal Professions at the University of Salerno. He's author of numerous articles, case notes and essays in matters of criminal law and procedure.
