AT THE END OF THE COURSE, THE STUDENT MUST DEMONSTRATE THAT HE HAS ACQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING OF THE FOLLOWING TOPICS: - PRINCIPLES OF CHEMISTRY, REACTIVITY OF ELEMENTS AND THEIR COMPOUNDS - PRINCIPLES OF WEIGHT-REACTION RALATIONS IN CHEMICAL REACTIONS - DESCRIPTION OF THE MICROSCOPIC PROPERTIES OF ATOMS AND MOLECULES, WITH PARTICULAR REFERENCE TO ELECTRONIC CONFIGURATIONS, CHEMICAL BONDS AND MOLECULAR GEOMETRY - PROPERTIES OF GASES, LIQUIDS, SOLIDS AND SOLUTIONS - BASIC ELEMENTS OF TO PHASE EQUILIBRIUM AND WEAK CHEMICAL BONDS - ELEMENTS OF HOMOGENEOUS AND HETEROGENEOUS CHEMICAL EQUILIBRIUM, WITH PARTICULAR REFERENCE TO REACTIVITY OF ACIDS AND BASES. THE MAIN SKILLS (I.E. THE ACHIEVING THE OBJECTIVES OF TEACHING IS CERTIFIED BY A FINAL EXAMINATION, MADE BY A WRITTEN TEST AND AN ORAL TEST (MINIMUM DISORDER 18/30): 1) THE WRITTEN TEST, NOT LESS THAN 60 MINUTES, IS NECESSARY FOR THE ACCES TO THE ORAL TEST. IT IS FINALIZED TO VERIFY THE CAPACITY TO CORRECTLY APPLY TO THEORETICAL KNOWLEDGE AND THE CAPACITY TO COMPLY WITH THE PROBLEMS PROPOSED. 2) THE ORAL TEST IS A DISCUSSION ON THE THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL CONTENTS INDICATED IN THE PROGRAM AND IT IS FINALIZED TO ASSESS THE LEVEL OF KNOWLEDGE AND CAPABILITY OF COMPREHENSION REACHED BY THE STUDENT.
