THE COURSE OF LEGAL MEDICINE, HYGIENE AND FIRST AID TAKES PLACE IN THE SECOND SEMESTER OF THE FIRST YEAR. IT IS DIVIDED INTO 6 MODULES: ANESTHESIOLOGY-INTENSIVE CARE, LEGAL MEDICINE, GENERAL HYGIENE, PHARMACOLOGY, CONTRAST MEDIA IN DIAGNOSTIC IMAGING, DIAGNOSTIC IMAGING METHODS FOR IMAGES, FOR A TOTAL OF 72 HOURS OF LESSONS. THE COURSE AIMS TO PROMOTE THE ACQUISITION OF FUNDAMENTAL THEORETICAL KNOWLEDGE OF ANESTHESIOLOGY-REANIMATION, LEGAL MEDICINE, GENERAL HYGIENE, PHARMACOLOGY, DIAGNOSTIC IMAGING METHODOLOGIES. KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING - MAIN MEDICAL-LEGAL ASPECTS - KNOWLEDGE OF THE FOUNDATION OF ANESTHESIOLOGY AND REANIMATION - PRINCIPLES OF PHARMACOLOGY WITH PARTICULAR REFERENCE TO LAW ENFORCEMENT MEDIA - MAIN ASPECTS OF HYGIENE ABILITY TO APPLY KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING - ABILITY TO DISTINGUISH FAULT AND MALICE IN THE PROFESSION - ABILITY TO UNDERSTAND AND APPLY THE HYGIENE MEASURES RELATED TO THE PROFESSION - ABILITY TO DESCRIBE AND CRITICALLY EVALUATE LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES - ABILITY TO COLLABORATE CRITICALLY ON RESUSCITATION PROCEDURES TRANSVERSAL SKILLS - ABILITY TO UPDATE THROUGH BIBLIOGRAPHIC TOOLS. |

In order to understand and apply most of the topics covered in teaching, the student must have acquired the basic knowledge in Biology provided by the normal high school curricula. |

THE COURSE IS DIVIDED INTO 6 MODULES: ANESTHESIOLOGY-INTENSIVE CARE, LEGAL MEDICINE, GENERAL HYGIENE, PHARMACOLOGY, CONTRAST MEDIA IN DIAGNOSTIC IMAGING, DIAGNOSTIC IMAGING METHODS. FORENSIC MEDICINE (1 CFU-12 HOURS) - PRINCIPLES OF FORENSIC MEDICINE. - BIOETHICS. - THE LEGAL ASPECTS OF THE PROFESSION. HYGIENE (1 CFU-12 HOURS) - PRINCIPLES OF HYGIENE AND DISEASE PREVENTION. - LEGISLATIVE ASPECTS. Teaching Methods | |

The course includes lessons for 72 hours. Attendance is mandatory. In order to take the final exam, the student must have attended at least 75% of the teaching hours. The mode of verification of presence is made known by the teacher at the beginning of the lessons. |
Verification of learning | |

The achievement of the teaching objectives is certified by passing an exam with evaluation in thirtieths. The test as a whole makes it possible to ascertain both the ability to know and understand, and the ability to apply the skills acquired, both the ability to exhibit, and the ability to learn and develop solutions independently of judgment |
