Graduated in Law at the University of Salerno on 24th February 1993.

Honorary magistrate at Law Court of Salerno from 1995 to 2000.

In 2002 doctorate in Public internal and communitarian Law at Second University of Naples (XV edition).

In 2003 awarded a post-doctorate research grant by the University of Salerno.

Researcher in Pubblic Law (scientific sector IUS/09) (D.R. 11.09.2006 n.2529) for the Faculty of Economics at the University of Salerno since 1st October 2006.

Attendance in some workshops and seminars.

Carries out contract work, teaching Public Law Institutions (1998-1999, University of Salerno, Faculty of Economics, Management of Public Administrations); Regional and Local corporation Law (2004-2005, University of Salerno, Faculty of Economics, Management of Public Administrations); Trading Allocation Law (2003-2004,2004-2005,2005-2006, University of Salerno, Faculty of Economics, Economics and Administrations of Firms).
