Francesca ATTANASIO Curriculum
Graduated in Law at the University of Salerno on 28.3.2001 with 110/110 and in Economics on 27.02.1995 at the same University with 109/110. Since 1st November 2006 she is researcher in Commercial Law (confirmed in the role with effect from 16.12.2009) for the faculty of Economics of the University of Salerno and since December 2006 she is member of the teaching staff of the doctorate on “Juridical relationship between EC principles, Constitution and market internationalization”. In 1996 she was awarded a grant to attend the annual Course for Business International Jurists at the LUISS University Management School. In 1998 - 1999 she was awarded a grant at the Department of civil and economic relationship in the contemporary juridical systems with the Chair of Commercial Law (titular prof. Daniela Valentino) of the University of Salerno. In 1999 she completed (with 100/100) the post graduated course in Law of internal and international arbitration at the University of Salerno. From 2001 to 2002 she carried out contract work as researcher at Istat (Italian Institute for Statistics) Legal Department. During 2002-2003 she was granted a contract for integrative teaching activity for the Chair of Commercial Law (titular prof. Carmine Masucci) of the University of Salerno and during the academic years 2004 -2005 and 2005-2006 she was teaching for the course of Law of the small and medium business for the faculty of Economics of the University of Salerno.She has held seminars and lectures at various public bodies, In 2001 she qualified for teaching legal and economic disciplines with secondary school and in 2004 she qualified lawyer.
