Carla PEDICINO Curriculum

Carla Pedicino, was graguated in 1995 with a degree in Political Science from the “Università degli studi di Salerno”  with  a Modern History Dissertation  entitled “ Economia, potere locale: Avellino nel secolo XVII” . In 2002 she had obtained  the title of Research Doctor in Economic social and religious history of Europe at The University “ L’Università degli studi di Bari”. She was dedicated to topic of political and administrative history, with particular attention to the phenomenon of venality of offices in Naples Kingdom between XVI and XVII century.  Her study interests, are also oriented on topics relating to nobility and urban patricians, the dynamics of question of power, the relationship between central institutions and peripherals.

Since 2006 she is Researcher in Modern History from the Faculty of Political Science of the “ Università degli studi di Salerno”.

She is a member of the Teachers College of the Doctorate in History of Mediterranean Europe from the Middle Ages to contemporary times with administrative seat at the “Università degli studi della Basilicata”
