Clement Pecoraro was born in Roccapiemonte January 25, 1980. On 26 March 2003 he received the title of Doctor of Law from the University of Salerno, with a thesis in Industrial Law entitled "Contracts downstream of agreements restricting competition: consumer protection", with 110 praise and applause of the Committee.Since 2007 he is Professor of Commercial Law (IUS/04) at the Faculty of Law, University of Salerno.It PhD in commercial law, with title awarded by the University of Catania, cycle XX, with a thesis on "Powers and responsibilities of the partners srl".He is a member of the local editorial Napoli-Salerno law review "Giurisprudenza Commerciale", publisher Giuffre.He is a lawyer, former member of the lawyers of Salerno.
