CONTEXT OF THE PLANNING OF INTERVENTIONS ON THE TERRITORY, IN PARTICULAR OF EDUCATIONAL INTERVENTIONS AIMED AT PROMOTING KNOWLEDGE, ENHANCEMENT, THE CULTURAL DIMENSION.
