Objectives
THE COURSE WILL OFFER A COMPLETE VIEW ON THE INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION LAW EVOLUTION, ESPECIALLY ABOUT NATIONAL LAW AND RULES OF PRINCIPAL CIVIL AND COMMON LAW SYSTEMS. SPECIFIC ATTENTION WILL BE DEDICATED TO ITALIAN AND COMPARATIVE CONSTITUTIONAL PROFILES AND TO THE MOST RELEVANT INTERNATIONAL TREATIES AND CONVENTIONS.
