Objectives
STUDENTS WILL HAVE THE BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF THE ITALIAN CONSTITUTIONAL ORDER AND THE FUNCTIONING OF THE MAIN INSTITUTES OF WHICH IT IS COMPOSED. STARTING FROM THESE ACQUISITIONS, STUDENTS WILL REACH A GOOD LEVEL OF UNDERSTANDING PUBLIC LAW ALSO IN THE LIGHT OF THE POLITICAL-INSTITUTIONAL TRANSFORMATIONS UNDERWAY, BOTH IN THE NATIONAL AND EUROPEAN AREAS.
FINALLY, STUDENTS WILL DEVELOP ABILITIES TO DEVELOP CRITICAL OBSERVATIONS ABOUT THE LEGAL METHOD AND TO INCREASE USEFUL SKILLS TO PASS FROM THE ABSTRACTION OF THEORETICAL CONCEPTS TO THE CONCRETENESS OF INSTITUTIONS.

THE CONSTITUTIONAL BODIES: THE ELECTORAL BODY, THE PARLIAMENT, THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, THE GOVERNMENT, THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT. THE C.S.M. AND THE JUDICIAL ORDER. PUBLIC ADMINISTRATIONS. THE REGIONS. THE OTHER TERRITORIAL AUTONOMIES. SOURCES OF LAW: CLASSIFICATIONS. THE LEGAL LAW AND THE ANTINOMIES. THE CONSTITUTION AS A SOURCE. LAW AND PRIMARY SOURCES. SECONDARY SOURCES; THE SOURCES OF TERRITORIAL AUTONOMIES. THE SOURCES OF THE EUROPEAN UNION. THE SYSTEM OF CONSTITUTIONAL JUSTICE. THE FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLES; FREEDOM AND CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS.
Teaching Methods
THE COURSE WILL ALLOW STUDENTS TO DEVELOP A LEARNING PROCESS ARTICULATED BETWEEN LECTURES, READINGS AND UNDERSTANDING OF THE CONSTITUTION AND OTHER SOURCES, AS WELL AS CONSTITUTIONAL AND EUROPEAN JURISPRUDENCE, THROUGH WHICH MAKING A COMPREHENSIVE CONSIDERATION OF THE ADJUSTMENT.
Verification of learning
AN INTERCURSE TEST IS PROVIDED. THE FINAL TEST WILL TAKE PLACE ORALLY. THE FINAL JUDGMENT WILL BE BASED, BOTH ON THE RESULT OF THE INTERCOURSE TEST, AND ON THE VERIFICATION, IN THE ORAL TEST, OF THE LEVEL OF UNDERSTANDING, KNOWLEDGE, ARGUMENTATIVE SKILLS AND MASTERY OF LEGAL LEXICON, RELATING TO THE MATTER.
