Researcher in the subject area of Appraisal, at the Department of Civil Engineering (DICIV) of the University of Salerno. At the University “Mediterranea” of Reggio Calabria, award a PhD in Economic Evaluation of Projects (Appraisal). Graduated with honours in Civil Engineering at the University of Naples “Federico II”. Member of several research groups, is Head of Economic Evaluation in the Project Evaluation Laboratory (PEL) of the DICIV. Ordinary member of the SIEV, Italian Society of Appraisal and Evaluation, is author of over 60 publications and has presented papers at numerous workshops, conferences and seminars.
