PROVIDE TO THE STUDENTS PRINCIPLES AND TOOLS OWNED BY THE ECONOMIC-APPRAISAL ACTIVITY, BOTH IN THE FIELD OF THE BUILDING PRODUCTION, OF THE EVALUATION AND MANAGEMENT OF THE REAL ESTATE, OF THE ESTIMATE OF THE COMPANIES AND THE SERVICES, OF THE DAMAGE, AND IN ORDER TO THE APPRAISING OF CENSUS, ORGANIZATION AND TO THE TECHNICAL FUNCTIONS OF THE CATASTO, IN WHICH PRIORITY AND ESSENTIAL IS THE COMPETENCE AND PRESENCE OF THE ENGINEERING. EXPECTED LEARNING RESULTS: 1.KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING ACQUISITION OF TECHNICAL LANGUAGE ON THE SUBJECT OF APPRAISAL, OF THE PARADIGMS OF THE DISCIPLINE, OF THE OPERATIONAL LOGIC AND OF THE LEGISLATION. 2.BE ABLE TO APPLY KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING KNOW THE SOURCES WHICH PROVIDE THE DATA FOR THE ESTIMATES, KNOW HOW TO READ AND UNDERSTAND DOCUMENTS AND INFORMATIONS TO USE IN THE ASSESSMENT, BE ABLE TO TRANSLATE IN A TECHNICAL DOCUMENT (SURVEY OR OTHERWISE) THE PHASES OF ESTIMATE JUDGMENT. 3.MAKING JUDGEMENTS BE ABLE TO IDENTIFY THE PRACTICAL REASON ESTABLISHED BY THE QUERY, TO SELECTION THE ESTIMATE PROCEDURE AS A FUNCTION OF DATA AVAILABILITY AND OF LEGAL-ECONOMIC CHARACTERISTICS OF THE REAL ESTATE WHICH ARE SUBJECT MATTER OF THE EVALUATION. 4.COMMUNICATION SKILLS KNOWING HOW TO INTERACT WITH EXPERTS FROM OTHER DISCIPLINES, COMMUNICATING THE RESULTS OF YOUR WORK IN CLEAR AND EFFECTIVE TERMS. |

THE COURSE INCLUDES LECTURES AND PRACTICE, DURING WHICH ARE ILLUSTRATED PRACTICAL EXAMPLES OF THE THEORETICAL PRINCIPLES. THE STUDENTS, DIVIDED IN WORK GROUPS, MUST DEVELOP AN OPERATIVE CASE OF ESTIMATE. DETAILS ABOUT HOURS LESSONS AND APPLICATIONS ARE ILLUSTRATED IN THE PREVIOUS PARAGRAPH. FOR THIS COURSE THE ATTENDANCE IS COMPULSORY FOR THE 70 PER CENT OF THE LESSONS. |

THE EVALUATION OF LEARNING OUTCOMES, CONDUCTED WITHIN THE FINAL EXAMM, WILL BE PERFORMED IN REFERENCE TO THE FOLLOWING EQUAL CRITERIA: A. PROPERTIES OF LANGUAGE OF CANDIDATE WITHIN THE TECNICAL LANGUAGE OF THE DISCIPLINE; B. KNOWLEDGE OF THE POSTULATES AND OF THE BASIC LOGIC OF THE DISCIPLINE; C. KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY TO SOLVING OF THE MAIN APPLICATIVE ISSUES ILLUSTRATED DURING THE LESSONS; D. ABILITY TO SUMMARY OF BASIC CONCEPTS TO SOLUTION OF THE NEW APPLICATIVE ISSUES; E. LEVEL OF DETAILS OF PROJECT PAPERS DEVELOPED DURING THE LESSONS. THE FINAL EXAMINATION IS AN INDIVIDUAL ORAL TEST AND THE RESULT OF THIS EXAM IS ASSESSED IN THIRTIETH. THE DURATION OF THE TEST IS PROPORTIONAL TO THE VERIFICATION OF THE LEARNING OF THE CONTENTS OF THE PROGRAM.
