Curriculum Docente

Francesco Villecco, associate professor at Department of Industrial Engineering of the University of Salerno, obtained his Laurea in Mechanical Engineering at University of Salerno in 2003 and his PhD in Mechanical Engineering at University of Salerno in 2008. From 2008 to 2009 he was at University of British Columbia, Department of Mining Engineering as Post-Doc. After the Canadian experience he is Research Fellow at University of Salerno. From 2014 he is Professor of Technical Drawing at Department of Industrial Engineering of the University of Salerno. His research interests are in the fields of Industrial Design, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Fuzzy Logic and Open Innovation. He is organizer of Conferences and workshops on Microwaves and Industrial Design. He is Associate Editor of International Journal of Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Design (JMEID) published by University of Salerno. He has strong cooperations on common research fields with Universities in Canada, China, Colombia, Russia, US and Vietnam. He is Author of various papers in International Refereed Journals.
