Graduated cum laude in Economics at the University of Salerno with a thesis on Tax Law on “Le prove nel processo tributario”. In 2010, double degree Ph.D. in Tax Law with the Universities of Salerno and Vigo with a thesis on “Modalità alternative di gestione del procedimento tributario”. LL.M. in European and international Tax Law. Trainee at the Tax Court of First Instance of Salerno and KPMG of Malta. She was a contract researcher at University of Salerno and visiting researcher at the Universities WU of Vienna and Abat Oliva of Barcelona. She is collaborator (and also research fellow) of the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation (IBFD) of Amsterdam. From 2012 to 2015, she was visiting professor at University of Vigo, like an associate professor. From 2016 to 2019, she was lecture at University of Salerno nad, from 2019to 2022, "ricercatore". She is member of the editorial staff of the reviews “Le Corti Salernitane”, “Il Foro Napoletano” and “Diritto e pratica tributaria internazionale”. From 2014, she is also member of the “Insituto Latinoamericano de Derecho tributario (ILADT)”. Member of the national and international projects. Reports at national and international Conferences. Author of 1 book, as well as of chapters and articles published in national and international books and reviews related to tax proceedings, human rights and VAT.
