Giuseppe LICCARDO | Curriculum

(Born in Naples on 24.07.1974) Graduated in law, magna cum laude, at the Second University of Naples in November 1998, completed the Specialising School in EU Laws and economics magna cum laude at the same University; lawyer since June 2001, admitted to the Italian Bar in the same date, has been collaborating with the Chair of Private Law of the University of Salerno, since March 2007. In May 2006, he has won a place on the doctorate programme entitled “The Civil Problems of the Individual”. Since 2006 he has received research grants from the Department of “Diritto, Impresa e Lavoro” (DIL) of the University of Salerno. Since 2010 he holds a Ph.D. in "The Civil Problems of the Individual". From 2011 until 2016 research fellow at the University of Cassino, Faculty of Economics, the University of Benevento, Department of Economics, the Second University of Naples, Department of Political Science and Department of Economics. Senior researcher since December 2016 at the Department of Economics and Statistics of the University of Salerno. Qualified as a associate professor since July 2017. EDITORIAL ACTIVITIES: From 2017 Member of the editorial board of the review Rassegna di diritto ed economia dello sport (from 5 June 2017). From 2017 he is a member of the Observatory of the review «Rassegna di diritto civile» (from 1 March 2017). From 2015 he is a member of the editorial board of the review "Le corti salernitane" (from 12 December 2015). Since 2013 he has been a member of the editorial board of the "Ius Commune Europaeum e Sistemi Italo-Francofoni" series (from 5 June 2013). Since 2012 he has been a member of the editorial board of the series "Quaderni della rivista Il Foro Napoletano" (from January 8, 2012). Since 2012 he has been a member of the editorial board of the magazine (Civil Justice section) «Il Foro Napoletano» (from 8 January 2012). Since 2012 he is curator of the review of maxims (civil law section) of the magazine "Il Foro Napoletano".
