"GENERAL AND SOCIAL EDUCATION" MODULE (I SEMESTER)
THE TEACHING EXPOSES THE THEORETICAL AND CONCEPTUAL BASES OF GENERAL AND SOCIAL EDUCATION WITH A SPECIFIC FOCUS ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN EDUCATION AND NEUROSCIENCE AND THE EDUCATIONAL METHOD AS A EDUCATIONAL STRATEGY ..
• KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING
AT THE END OF THE COURSE THE STUDENT KNOWS:
-PEDAGOGY HOW TO KNOW THEORETICAL-PRACTICAL;
- THE EPISTEMOLOGICAL FOUNDATIONS OF GENERAL PEDAGOGY AND EDUCATIONAL SCIENCES;
- THE MAIN OBJECTS OF STUDY OF GENERAL EDUCATION;
- THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN EDUCATION AND NEUROSCIENCE;
- THE EDUCATIONAL METHOD.

PEDAGOGY OF NARRATION:
STUDENTS KNOW HISTORICAL-EDUCATIONAL AND PEDAGOGY OF NARRATION’S PARADIGMS, THEY ORIENT IN THE LITERARY AND NARRATOLOGICAL FIELD AND KNOW THE MEANINGS OF A NARRATIVE TEXT; THEY ARE ALSO ABLE TO PLAN EDUCATIONAL PROJECTS THAT ENHANCE THE RECOGNITION OF THE NEED TO NARRATE/SELF-NARRATE IN NARRATIVE SETTINGS, THROUGH NARRATIVE FICTION AS WELL; THEY ARE ABLE TO PLAN AND ORGANIZE WORKSHOPS AND UPDATING INTERVENTIONS, THROUGH PEDAGOGY OF NARRATION AND CULTURAL MEDIATION.

NONE. THE TEACHING IS THE FIRST CONTACT WITH THE HISTORICAL-PEDAGOGICAL DISCIPLINES.

SECOND MODULE (PEDAGOGY OF NARRATION):
THE COURSE AIMS TO CONNECT HISTORICAL-PEDAGOGICAL AND LITERARY KNOWLEDGE, IN ORDER TO ENCOURAGE A FREE AND OPEN FRUITION OF STORIES AND NARRATIVES, AND TO ENHANCE THEIR EDUCATIONAL POTENTIAL, BOTH IN LITERARY WORKS INTENDED FOR CHILDREN AND IN TEXTS WITH AN EVIDENT EDUCATIONAL STRUCTURE, ALTHOUGH NOT INTENDED FOR CHILDREN. IN THIS SENSE, WE ALSO EXAMINE THE PRESENCE OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE GREAT ITALIAN AND INTERNATIONAL LITERATURE, IN ORDER TO HIGHLIGHT A POSSIBLE 'PEDAGOGICAL READING' CAPABLE OF ALSO HELPING CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS TO BETTER 'READ' AND UNDERSTAND THEMSELVES. CONNECTING NARRATION, PEDAGOGY OF NARRATION AND SELF-NARRATION IS AN ESSENTIAL PROCESS FOR A CORRECT DECODING OF THE COMMUNICATIVE FRAMEWORK IN WHICH YOUNG PEOPLE ARE IMMERSED, IT ACTIVATES DYNAMICS FOR A DEEP AND SIGNIFICANT EDUCATIONAL RELATIONSHIP. AN IMPORTANT PART OF THE COURSE WILL BE DEDICATED TO DIFFICULT STORIES AND THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN LITERARY REPRESENTATION OF MARGINALITIES, SOCIAL DISCOMFORT, URBAN AND EXISTENTIAL SUBURBS AND THE POSSIBILITY OF EDUCATION WITH (AND TO) READING.



Teaching Methods
MODULE GENERAL AND SOCIAL PEDAGOGY
THE COURSE INCLUDES LECTURES WHICH WILL BE FOLLOWED BY GROUP WORK ON SPECIFIC TOPICS.
IN THE LECTURES THE BASIC PRINCIPLES OF GENERAL PEDAGOGY ARE PRESENTED; IN GROUP WORK PEDAGOGICAL PATHS ARE DESIGNED TO REINFORCE THE THEORETICAL EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES.

MODULE PEDAGOGY OF NARRATION

THIS TEACHING USES THE FOLLOWING METHODOLOGIES:

- LESSONS WITH WIDE CONTENTS, WITH A FINAL DISCUSSION ON THE CENTRAL TOPICS OF THE LESSON.
- LECTURES BASED ON TEXTS, WITH THEIR ANALYSIS AND THE DISCUSSION BY THE WHOLE CLASS.
-HISTORICAL DESCRIPTION AND CONTEXTUALIZATION OF EVENTS, CHARACTERS AND INTERDISCIPLINARY LINKS TO PEDAGOGY AND NARRATION
Verification of learning
FIRST AND SECOND MODULE
THE ASSESSMENT OF THE LEARNING WILL TAKE PLACE THROUGH AN ORAL INTERVIEW ON THE
CONTENTS OF THE COURSE. THE VOTE (MINIMUM 18, MAX 30 WITH POSSIBLE PRAISE) IS DETERMINED BY THE LEVEL OF PERFORMANCE IN REFERENCE TO: MASTERY OF CONTENT, CLARITY OF THE ARGUMENT, DOMAIN OF SCIENTIFIC LANGUAGE.
