Objectives | |

ACCORDING TO AN INTERDISCIPLINARY DIDACTIC MODALITY, THE LABORATORY PROVIDES THE BASIC CONCEPTS TO ADDRESS AND DISTINCTLY DISCRETE THE PROBLEMS INHERENT TO THE GOVERNANCE OF THE MULTICULTURAL SOCIETY. THE SCIENTIFIC AREAS OF REFERENCE, TO WHICH TO DRAW TO APPROACH THE METHODOLOGY OF THE RESOLUTION OF CULTURAL CONFLICTS, ARE THE HISTORICAL AND INTERNATIONAL AND LEGAL RELATIONSHIPS. THE NORTH-AMERICAN AND ITALIAN EXPERIENCES WILL BE TAKEN TO KNOW THE TRAINEES, GOING TO DEEPEN, IN BOTH CONTEXTS, THE HISTORICAL AND LEGAL ASPECTS UNDERLYING THE MIGRATION PROCESSES AND THE TRANSFORMATIONS FROM THESE DETERMINED. |

HE ACTIVITY OF THE LABORATORY REQUIRES THAT STUDENTS HAVE GOOD KNOWLEDGE IN THE FIELD OF CONTEMPORARY HISTORY AND INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS, PUBLIC, ITALIAN AND COMPARATIVE LAW. THIS WILL ALLOW STUDENTS TO BETTER UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEMS THAT WILL BE ANALYZED DURING THE LESSONS AND TO GRASP THE MOST NOVEL ASPECTS IN A MEDIUM-LONG TERM PERSPECTIVE. |
