Professional Experience

- November 2022 - Present: Associate Professor, Department of Pharmacy, University of Salerno. Scientific Sector (SS): CHEM-08/A – Technology, Socioeconomics, and Regulation of Medicines and Products for Health and Wellness (formerly CHIM/09 – Pharmaceutical Technological Applications). Duties: Research and teaching in the field of pharmaceutical technology.

- November 2019 - November 2022: RTDB Researcher (SS CHIM/09), University of Salerno. Research Projects: Development of innovative controlled drug delivery systems and advanced 3D printing technologies for biomedical applications.

- 2013 - 2017: Research Fellow (SS CHIM/09). Main Projects: Design of therapeutic systems for chronotherapeutic drug delivery. 3D printing technologies for medical devices and tissue scaffolds.

- May to July 2017: Visiting post-doc at the Departamento de Farmacología, Farmacia y Tecnología Farmacéutica, Universidade de Santiago de Compostela, under the supervision of prof. Carmen Isabel Alvarez Lorenzo. Research Project: 3D printing of biodegradable polymers for the production of scaffolds and drug delivery systems.
