THE COURSE WILL PROVIDE THE STUDENT OF THE KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS UNDERSTANDING OF THE MAIN TOPICS OF THE BIOLAW, THE LEGISLATION AND JUDICIAL CASES IN THE MATTER. THE STUDENT WILL ABLE TO APPLY SUCH KNOWLEDGE TO CONCRETE CASES AND TO PROCESS THEM IN THEIR LIGHT. THROUGH REFLECTION ON CONSTITUTIONAL PRINCIPLES UNDERLYING THE MAIN THEMES OF THE BIOLAW, THE STUDENT WILL CAPABLE OF GETTING HIS PERSONAL OPINION ABOUT THEM AND CONVERSING ON THE CONCLUSIONS REACHED WITH CLARITY AND PRECISION, WITH STAKEHOLDERS SPECIALISTS AND NOT. |

THE COURSE WILL OBJECT THE BIODIRITTO ACCORDING TO THREE MAIN INVESTIGATION SECTORS, WHICH HAS TO SAY THE BIODIRITTO AND ITS OBJECT; THE SOURCES OF BIODIRITTO; THE BIODIRITTO METHOD. EACH OF THESE AREAS WILL BE INVESTIGATED UNDER THE DUPLICATE VERSANT OF MULTILEVEL GOVERNANCE (IN PARTICULAR, OF THE MULTI-LEVEL PROTECTION OF FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS) AND OF THE DYNAMICS ACCORDING TO WHICH ARE DEVELOPING ITS DECISION-MAKING. IN ADDITION, WHILE THE STUDY OF THE INTERNAL LEGAL ARRANGEMENT IS CENTRAL, THE TOPICS OF THE COURSE WILL ALSO BE ADDRESSED IN TERMS OF LEGAL COMPARISON. |

THE TEACHING, THAT CONSISTS OF 40 HOURS OF LESSON, WILL BE ARTICULATED PREVALENTLY IN LESSONS TO WHICH STUDENTS CAN ACTIVELY ACTIVELY. FOR ABOUT 1/3 OF THE OVERALL HOUR OF THE COURSE, THE CORSISTS WILL BE ENTRUSTED IN EXERCISES AND ELABORATED IN WRITTEN FORM, BOTH INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP, AND IN RELATIVE CORRECTIONS; FURTHMORE, IN SIMULATIONS OF ORAL RELATIONSHIPS TO THE PUBLIC, ON THEMES SUPPORTED IN THE COURSE , WITH A CONSEQUENT DEBATE BETWEEN THE PARTICIPANTS. THESE ACTIVITIES WILL BE PRINCIPALLY SUBJECT TO THE STUDY OF PRACTICAL CASES AND LEGAL ACTS, SUCH AS REGULATORY TEXTS AND JUDGMENTS, IN ORDER TO ENABLE STUDENTS TO ACQUIRE QUARTERLY WITH THE LEGAL INSTRUMENTS THROUGH WHICH THE REALITY IN THE MATTER OBJECT OF THE COURSE IS CONFORMED. |

THE FINAL TEST WILL TAKE PLACE ORALLY AND JUDGMENT WILL BE BASED ON BOTH THE LEVEL OF UNDERSTANDING, DEPTH AND EXPOSURE OF THE SUBJECT AS A WHOLE, AS WELL AS THE OUTCOME OF THE TESTS CONDUCTED DURING THE COURSE. THESE TESTS WILL TAKE PLACE ON A MONTHLY BASIS AND WILL CONSIST OF COLLECTIVE, INDIVIDUAL, THESIS AND EXERCISES ON JUDICIAL CASES. THEY AIM TO ASSESS THE KNOWLEDGE ACQUIRED BY THE STUDENT, AS WELL AS HIS SKILLS OF WRITTEN AND ORAL EXPOSURE, OF PROBLEM SOLVING AND OF INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP WORK. |
