THE GENERAL OBJECTIVE PURSUED BY THE COURSE IS TO PROVIDE STUDENTS WITH THE METHODOLOGIES TO INTERPRET CONSTITUTIONAL NORMS, TAKING INTO ACCOUNT BOTH THE HISTORICAL ROOTS OF THE FUNDAMENTAL TEXT OF THE STATE AND ITS ABILITY TO ADAPT TO THE EVOLUTION OF SOCIETY.
