Objectives
"COMPETENCE EVALUATION MODELS AND STRATEGIES" ADDRESSES AND ANALYZES THE COMPLEX ASSESSMENT PROCESS WITHIN THE PROBLEMS INHERENT ADULT EDUCATION, CONTINUING EDUCATION AND FORMATIVE PROCESSES IN NON-SCHOOL DIMENSIONS. THE ARGUMENTS THAT WILL BE PRESENTED PREVIOUS THE TREATMENT OF SPECIFIC CONTENT FOR PROFESSIONAL EDUCATORS AND EXPERTS OF CONTINUOUS EDUCATION.
THE MAIN TEACHING OBJECTIVE CONSISTS OF SUPPLYING THE KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS TO ADDRESS THE STUDY OF THE COMPETENCE EVALUATION MODELS.

THE MAIN ACQUIRED KNOWLEDGE CONSIST OF:
•THEORETICAL KNOWLEDGE CONCERNING THE DIFFERENT LEVELS OF EVALUATION IN THE EDUCATIONAL FIELD;
•THE DIFFERENT APPROACHES TO EVALUATION IN THE EDUCATIONAL FIELD: THE MAIN CHARACTERISTICS AND POTENTIALITY;
•THE FUNDAMENTAL PHASES OF THE EVALUATION PROCESS WITHIN THE DIFFERENT CONTEXTS AND THE RELEVANT METHODOLOGICAL DIFFERENCES;
•RECOGNITION, VALIDATION AND CERTIFICATION OF LEARNING OUTCOMES;
•COMPETENCE CONSTRUCTION;
•DEVICES FOR THE EVALUATION OF SKILLS.


THE MAIN SKILLS CONCERN:
•ABILITY TO DESIGN ROUTES AND EVALUATION RESEARCH ACTIVITIES;
•ANALYSIS OF THE METHODS AND RESULTS OF EMPIRICAL RESEARCH ON THE THEMES OF THE EDUCATIONAL EVALUATION;
•PRACTICAL AND APPLICABLE CAPACITIES COMPARED TO SOME TECHNIQUES AND TOOLS USED IN THE PHASES OF DESIGN AND EVALUATION OF COMPETENCES.
Prerequisites
THE STUDENT MUST HAVE ACQUIRED THE BASIC KNOWLEDGE IN THE FIELD OF THE PEDAGOGICAL DISCIPLINES AND RELATIONSHIPS SUPPLIED DURING THE THREE-YEAR DEGREE COURSES.

AFTER AN INTRODUCTION ON THE EVALUATION CONCEPT, THE FOLLOWING ARGUMENTS WILL BE PRESENTED DURING THE COURSE: TRADITIONAL EVALUATION, NEW EVALUATIVE ISSUES AT NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL LEVEL; THE IMPORTANCE OF A COMPETENCE TRAINING; HOW TO LEARN AND RESEARCH CONTRIBUTIONS TO ORIENT THE TEACHING ACTION; CONSTRUCTION OF SITUATED COMPETENCE, DESIGN, EVALUATION AND CERTIFICATION.

THE COURSE INCLUDES LECTURES AND LABORATORY ACTIVITIES.
Teaching Methods
TEACHING PROVIDES 36 HOURS OF DIDACTICS CORRISPOND WITH 6 CFU.
THE COURSE WILL BE DEVELOPED THROUGH EXHIBITING LESSONS WITH THE USE OF SLIDE AND LABORATORY ACTIVITIES. IN PARTICULAR 26 HOURS OF LECTURES AND 10 HOURS OF LABORATORY ACTIVITIES WILL BE PROVIDED.
Verification of learning
THE ACHIEVEMENT OF THE OBJECTIVES EXPECTED BY THE TEACHING IS VERIFIED THROUGH THE EXCEPTION OF AN EXAMINATION WITH EVALUATION IN THIRTIETHS. THE EXAM PREVENTS A WRITTEN TEST AND AN ORAL TEST THAT HAVE PLACE IN THE SAME DAY. THE EXAMINATION WILL BE DEVELOPED BY A WRITTEN TEST WITH A CLOSED ANSWER QUESTIONS (30 ITEM MULTIPLE CHOICE) AND AN ORAL EXAMINATION. THE WRITTEN TEST, IN WHICH THE KNOWLEDGE DEFINED IN THE OBJECTIVES OF THE COURSE WILL BE CHECKED, IS PROPEDED AND COMPULSORY AND CONSIDERS EXCEEDED WITH AT LEAST 16 EXACT REPLIES. THE ORAL TEST CONSISTS IN A QUESTION WITH QUESTIONS AND DISCUSSION ON THE CONTENTS INDICATED IN THE TEACHING PROGRAM AND IT IS AIMED TO FIND THE LEVEL OF KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING ACHIEVED BY THE STUDENT, AND TO VERIFY THE EXPOSURE CAPACITY RECALLING A LEXIC APPROPRIATE AND THE ABILITY TO ARGUMENT TOPICS LOGICALLY AND CONSISTENTLY, CRITICALLY REFLECTING ON THE LEARNED OBJECTS.
