The aims of this study are: (I) to evaluate the safety and efficacy of cathodal tDCS stimulation of the right DLPFC in improving ICDs in PD and (II) to evaluate the mid-term effectiveness of tDCS, considering as primary outcomes the neuropsychological tests and experimental tasks and as secondary outcomes the neurophysiological parameters measured by transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS).

Obiettivi della ricerca sono valutare l'utilizzo di (1) biomarcatori cinematici per l'analisi della marcia e di (2) biomarcatori di neuroimaging derivanti dall'analisi dei dati con tecniche di radiomica nella diagnosi differenziale delle demenze.Tramite i marcatori cinematici del movimento è possibile ottenere una valutazione quantitativa dei movimenti inclusa la marcia.Per radiomica si intende
