This BIP is an interdisciplinary initiative bringing together experts in IT, healthcare management, data security and privacy regulations, and management engineering.

The program aims to equip participants with:

• Skills in using ICT technologies for collecting, processing, and visualizing personal health data.
• Knowledge of health data lifecycle models and best practices for effective management.
• Strategies to enhance the effectiveness and usability of digital health solutions.
• Insights into data security and privacy, ensuring compliance with GDPR and other regulatory frameworks.

The course includes introductory lectures and specialized seminars led by industry experts. Participants will also develop a draft data management plan, which will be presented and discussed as part of the final evaluation.

Where

The program will take place in person at the University of Salerno's Department of Computer Science and is coordinated by Christiancarmine Esposito in collaboration with three other European universities.

When

The program will take place in person from June 30 to July 4, 2025 (5 days).

The virtual component will be held from June 9 to 20, 2025 (25 hours), via the Microsoft Teams platform.
