THE COURSE AIMS TO PROVIDE AN INSTITUTIONAL STUDY PERSPECTIVE OF COMPARATIVE LEGAL SYSTEMS WHICH FOCUSES ON THE PROCESSES OF SUPRANNATIONAL INTEGRATION AND ON THE PHENOMENON OF GLOBALIZATION. AFTER A FIRST INTRODUCTORY PART RELATING TO THE RELEVANT LEGAL SYSTEMS IN TODAY'S SOCIAL-ECONOMIC CONTEXT, THE COURSE WILL FOCUS ON SOME MACRO-AREAS INVESTED BY THE PHENOMENON OF GLOBALIZATION WITH PARTICULAR REFERENCE TO THE TOPICS OF SUSTAINABILITY (IN THE LAW OF PROPERTY, CONTRACT, AND CIVIL LIABILITY) AND DIGITALIZATION. AT THE END OF THE COURSE, THE STUDENT WILL REACH A LEVEL OF GENERAL UNDERSTANDING ON THE ROLE OF LAW AS A BALANCING TOOL BETWEEN TECHNICAL PROGRESS AND SUSTAINABILITY OF ECONOMIC CHOICES IMPLEMENTED IN THE GLOBAL SCOPE, WITHIN THE PROTECTION OF FUNDAMENTAL PERSONAL RIGHTS AND ESSENTIAL NECESSITY TO PROMOTE ETHICS OF RESPONSIBILITY TOWARDS FUTURE GENERATIONS THE COURSE WILL ALLOW THE ACQUISITION OF AN ANALYTICAL AND CRITICAL APPROACH TO LEGAL DATA, ESSENTIAL FOR THE DECODING OF THE DIFFERENT SOURCES THAT OPERATE IN THE VARIOUS ORDERS IN THE CURRENT HISTORICAL CONTEXT. IT WILL ALSO PROVIDE SPECIFIC SKILLS ON THE MACRO-TOPICS OF SUSTAINABILITY AND DIGITAL. THE COURSE WILL PROVIDE STUDENTS WITH A GREATER CRITICAL AND ANALYTICAL ABILITY WHICH IS NOT LIMITED TO THE OBJECT OF STUDY, BUT WHICH IS AIMED AT ENHANCEMENT OF THE FACULTIES OF INTERPRETATION, JUDGMENT AND EVALUATION. THE STUDENT WILL BE ABLE TO DEVELOP GREATER LANGUAGE PROPERTY AND TO REFINE HIS ABILITY TO TECHNICAL-LEGAL EXPRESSION. THE STUDENT WILL BE ABLE TO: - USE TRADITIONAL BIBLIOGRAPHICAL TOOLS AND IT RESOURCES FOR ANALYSIS AND ARCHIVING; - CARRY OUT RESEARCH, UNDERSTAND AND INTERPRET LAW TEXTS SUCH AS CODES, LAWS AND JUDGMENTS. |

THE COURSE FEATURING PRIMARILY FOR AN APPROACH TO STIMULATE THE FACE OF CRITICAL SKILLS AND AUTONOMY OF STUDENTS 'JUDGEMENT. THE ADMINISTRATION OF GENERAL CONCEPTS IS ACCOMPANIED BY PERIODIC TEACHER INTERACTION WITH THE TRAINEES IN ORDER TO ANALYZE THE LEARNING LEVEL REACHED AND, IF NECESSARY, TO TAKE THE NECESSARY REMEDIES. TO ACHIEVE THESE OBJECTIVES PRIORITY MUST BE GIVEN TO METHODOLOGIC AND SYSTEMATIC CONTENTS RESPECT TO THE QUANTITY OF NOTIONS . THE COURSE IS ALSO ASSOCIATED WITH THE ORGANISATION OF SEMINARS, WORKSHOPS AND EXERCISES THAT ALLOW THE STUDENT TO APPLY THE KNOWLEDGE LEARNED AND TO CHECK HIS SKILLS. |

THE ACHIEVEMENT OF THE TEACHING GOALS IS VERIFIED WITH AN EVALUATION TEST IN THIRTIETHS. THE EVALUATION AIMS TO ASCERTAIN THE LEVEL OF UNDERSTANDING AND KNOWLEDGE ACHIEVED BY THE STUDENT, HIS MASTERY OF THE METHODOLOGICAL TOOLS, AS WELL AS HIS ABILITY TO APPLY KNOWLEDGE TO SOLVE THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL PROBLEMS.ORAL EXAMINATION. DURING THE COURSE THERE WILL BE A WRITTEN EXERCISE. THE EVALUATION CRITERIA ARE: 1) CAPACITY TO EXPRESS WITH CLARITY AND WITH ADEQUATE USE OF LEGAL TERMINOLOGY; 2) SYSTEM CAPACITY OF LEGAL REASONING SYSTEM; 3) CAPACITY TO SELECT DATA, SUSTAINING THE MOST SIGNIFICANT PROFILES; 4) THE DEVELOPMENT CAPACITY OF A LEGAL REASON FOR THE REMOVAL OF DEDUCTIVE AND INDUCTIVE INFERENCE. THE MAXIMUM EVALUATION OF 30/30 IS AWARDED WHEN THE STUDENT DEMONSTRATES A COMPLETE AND IN-DEPTH KNOWLEDGE OF THE THEORETICAL CONTENTS, AS WELL AS AN EXCELLENT ABILITY TO LINK THE LEGISLATIVE REFERENCES TO THE STUDY CONTEXT. PRAISE IS GIVEN WHEN THE STUDENT SHOWS A SIGNIFICANT MASTERY OF THE THEORETICAL AND OPERATIONAL CONTENT, PRESENTING THE TOPICS WITH CONSIDERABLE OWNERSHIP OF LANGUAGE AND AUTONOMOUS PROCESSING SKILLS EVEN IN CONTEXTS DIFFERENT FROM THOSE PROPOSED BY THE PROFESSOR. |
