Objectives
GENERAL AIM
THE COURSE AIMS TO TRANSFER THE METHODOLOGICAL APPROACH AS WELL AS THE ORGANIZATION AND HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT TOOLS USEFUL FOR STRATEGIC AND RESPONSIBLE MANAGEMENT OF ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE

KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY TO UNDERSTAND
THE STUDENT:
- WILL KNOW THE DIFFERENT ORGANIZATIONAL APPROACHES TO CHANGE MANAGEMENT;
- WILL UNDERSTAND THE BUSINESS ORGANIZATION AND HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT TOOLS USEFUL FOR RESPONSIBLE MANAGEMENT OF CHANGE.

ABILITY TO APPLY KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING
THE STUDENT WILL BE ABLE TO ANALYZE AND GOVERN THE VARIABLES, BOTH HARD AND SOFT, WHICH SUPPORT CHANGE IN AN ETHICAL AND SOCIAL DIMENSION.

THE COURSE WILL SPECIFICALLY DEAL WITH THE FOLLOWING TOPICS:
1) THE MAIN STUDY APPROACHES ON MOTIVATIONAL THEORIES (6 HOURS)
2) THE CONCEPT OF GROUP AND WORKING TEAM (6 HOURS)
3) THE CONCEPT OF LEADERSHIP (3 HOURS)
4) THE MAIN ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURES (3 HOURS)
5) THE CONCEPT OF ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE AND ITS MANAGEMENT (15 HOURS).
Teaching Methods
THE COURSE IS BASED ON TEACHING ACTIVITIES FOR A TOTAL OF 30 HOURS (6 ECTS).
SPECIFICALLY, THE PROVISION OF THEORETICAL LESSONS (22 HOURS/ 4 CFU), ALSO THROUGH EXPERIENTIAL METHODOLOGIES (4 HOURS/ 1 CFU) AND INTERACTIVE LEARNING (4 HOURS/ 1 CFU) IS PROVIDED.
PARTICIPATION IN THE LESSONS IS MANDATORY AND ACCESS TO THE EXAM REQUIRES THE ATTENDANCE OF AT LEAST 70% OF THE HOURS OF LESSONS.
Verification of learning
THE ACHIEVEMENT OF THE EXPECTED LEARNING OUTCOMES IS CERTIFIED THROUGH PASSING AN EXAM WITH EVALUATION OUT OF THIRTY. THE EXAM INCLUDES AN ORAL EXAMINATION AIMED AT ASSESSING THE LEVEL OF KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS ACQUIRED BY THE STUDENT AND AT VERIFYING THEIR PRESENTATION SKILLS. AT LEAST TWO QUESTIONS WILL BE FORMULATED IN WHICH THE CONTENTS INDICATED IN THE TEACHING PROGRAM ARE DISCUSSED.
THE MINIMUM EVALUATION LEVEL (18) IS ATTRIBUTED WHEN THE STUDENT HAS A FRAGMENTARY KNOWLEDGE OF THEORETICAL CONTENTS AND SHOWS A LIMITED ABILITY TO USE THEM IN THE STUDY CONTEXT.
THE MAXIMUM LEVEL (30) IS ATTRIBUTED WHEN THE STUDENT DEMONSTRATES A COMPLETE AND IN-DEPTH KNOWLEDGE OF THE METHODOLOGIES AND TOOLS AND HAS A CONSIDERABLE ABILITY TO USE THEM IN THE STUDY CONTEXT.
HONOR IS GIVEN WHEN THE CANDIDATE DEMONSTRATES SIGNIFICANT MASTERY OF THE METHODOLOGIES AND TOOLS AND SHOWS CONSIDERABLE PROPERTY OF LANGUAGE AND INDEPENDENT PROCESSING CAPACITY EVEN IN CONTEXTS DIFFERENT FROM THOSE PROPOSED BY THE TEACHER.
