Qualified for the position of Associate Professor in the academic discipline GIUR - 01/A Private Law.

Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Private Law and Adjunct Professor of the courses “Tort and Private Law Remedies” and “Contractual Integration and Fundamental Rights in the Civil Regulation of Digital Communicative Contracts” at the Department of Legal Sciences (Law School) of the University of Salerno.

Researcher within the project entitled “CYBER INTERFERENCE: SOCIAL COHESION AND CONSENSUS MANIPULATION BETWEEN INTERNATIONAL LAW AND PRIVATE AUTONOMY”, funded by the Italian Ministry of University and Research.

Official member – Italian section – of the European project “The FutureMed: A TRANSDISCIPLINARY NETWORK TO BRIDGE CLIMATE SCIENCE AND IMPACTS ON SOCIETY”.

Director of a legal book series under the auspices of the Italian Ministry of University and Research.

Former recipient of a doctoral scholarship at the University of Campania Luigi Vanvitelli (Scientific-Disciplinary Sector IUS/01 – Private Law), where she received an “excellent” final evaluation and her doctoral thesis was awarded the distinction of publication-worthy.

She has acquired teaching and research experience as a Visiting Professor and Visiting Researcher during the 2024/2025 academic year.

Engaged in teaching activities within PhD programmes, she has served as subject expert in Private Law, Civil Law, and related disciplines at various departments of the University of Campania Luigi Vanvitelli, as well as at the Department of Law of the University of Salerno, where she is currently subject expert for the courses in Institutions of Private Law, Civil Law, Law of New Technologies, and Law of Family Conflict and Mediation.

Participant in international research groups, she has delivered lectures and presented scholarly works in numerous academic institutions including the University of Naples “Federico II”, the École des hautes études en sciences sociales in Paris, Bocconi University in Milan, the University of Salamanca, the Autonomous University of Madrid, the Federal University of Juiz de Fora, the University of Camerino, the University of Pisa, the University of Groningen, and the Rey Juan Carlos University in Madrid, Spain, often following prestigious scientific recognitions.

Member of the editorial boards of several scientific journals, she is the author of two monographic works and numerous scholarly publications, including articles published in top-tier journals, and she recently oversaw the first Italian translation of the work entitled “The Triangle of Digital Freedom of Expression”, published by Edizioni Scientifiche Italiane within the Translation Series of the School of Specialization in Civil Law of the University of Camerino, edited by Pietro Perlingieri.

Member of the Scientific and Evaluation Committee of the Ibero-American Institute of Legal Studies in Spain.

External evaluator for research project proposals within the European Community framework.
