Objectives
TRAINING OBJECTIVES
OBJECTIVES: THE COURSE AIMS TO APPROACH STUDENTS TO THE WORLD OF BUSINESS, EVEN THROUGH TESTIMONIALS OF DIRECT EXPERIENCES. IT INTENDS TO STIMULATE THE INTEREST AND AWARENESS OF STUDENTS TOWARDS THE PROFESSIONAL FIGURE AND THE ACTIVITIES OF THE ENTREPRENEUR, BY PROVIDING KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITIES OFFERED BY THE PUBLIC PROCUREMENT MARKET, THE TERRITORY, THE STRUCTURES FOR ENTREPRENEURSHIP (EUROPEAN, NATIONAL, REGIONAL AND LOCAL PUBLIC INSTTUTIONS, PRIVATE INSTITUTIONS, TRADE ASSOCIATIONS) IN TERMS OF POLICIES, ACTIONS AND SERVICES IN SUPPORT OF THE CREATION OF BUSINESS, WITH DUE ATTENTION TO THE SOCIAL DIMENSION OF THE COMPANY AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION.

KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING: THE COURSE IS ORIENTED TO LEARN AND TO UNDERSTAND THE ROLE OF THE BUSINESS IN ITS MULTIPLE FORMS WITHIN THE NATIONAL ECONOMY, WITH PARTICULAR REFERENCE TO THE OPPORTUNITY OFFERED BY THE MARKET PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION AND TO THE INSTRUMENTS FOR A METHODOLOGICAL AND ORGANIZED APPROACH TO IT, ALSO AS A MEETING CENTER BETWEEN PUBLIC AND PRIVATE INTERESTS. IN THIS PERSPECTIVE, IT WILL ANALYZE THE MOST RECENT CHANGES MADE BY NATIONAL AND EUROPEAN UNION LAW AND THE INTERRELATIONS BETWEEN THE CORPORATES AND BETWEEN THESE AND PUBLIC ADMINISTRATIONS, EVEN CONSIDERING THE STATUTE OF THE COMPANIES, LAW N. 180/2011.
APPLYING KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING: STUDENTS WILL ABLE TO INTERPRET THE COMPLEX PHENOMENA RELATING TO THE WORLD OF BUSINESS WITH PARTICULAR REFERENCE TO RELATIONS WITH PUBLIC ADMINISTRATIONS AND TO READ THE INFORMATION ON CHANGES AND CURRENT EVOLUTIONS WITH SUFFICIENT AUTONOMY, ALSO IN CONSIDERATION OF THE TRANSFORMATIONS AFFECTING THE PUBLIC ADMINISTRATIONS IN THE AGE OF ALGORITHMS. ON THE BASIS OF THE KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS ACQUIRED, STUDENTS WILL ABLE TO PREPARE A BUSINESS PLAN AIMED AT THE REALIZATION OF AN "ENTREPRENEURIAL IDEA" FOR THE PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION MARKET.
MAKING JUDGMENTS: STUDENTS ACQUIRE THE AUTONOMY OF JUDGMENT, NECESSARY TO ANALYZE THE BEHAVIOR OF THE CORPORATES, VERIFYING THE TENSION TOWARDS THE MAXIMIZATION OF THE ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND, AT THE SAME TIME, THE RELEASES IN TERMS OF SOCIAL UTILITY, GIVING THE RIGHT RELIEF ALSO TO THE VALUE OF SOLIDARITY.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS: STUDENTS WILL ABLE TO INTERACT WITH THE TOOLS TO RELATE WITH ALL THOSE WHO SHARE A PRECISE AND QUANTIFIABLE OBJECTIVE. THE AVAILABILITY OF INFORMATION BASED ON DATA AND EXPERIENCES STRENGTHENS THE STUDENT'S ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE IDEAS AND POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS.
LEARNING SKILLS: STUDENTS WILL ABLE TO DEVELOP A CRITICAL METHODOLOGY, THAT WILL ALLOW THEM, THROUGH ADEQUATE MASTERING OF CONCEPTUAL AND OPERATIONAL INSTRUMENTS, A MORE EXTENDED INFORMATION BASIS ON THE ENTREPRENEURSHIP SYSTEM AND ITS INTERRELATIONS WITH THE WORLD AND THE PUBLIC ADMINISTRATIONS MARKET.

Verification of learning
THE ACHIEVEMENT OF THE PROPOSED OBJECTIVES OF THE COURSE IS CERTIFIED BY THE SUBMINISTRATION OF A TEST WHICH RESULTS WILL BE EVALUATED ON A NUMERIC SCALE OF UP TO 30 POINTS.
THE TEST WILL CONSIST AN INTERVIEW DURING WHICH THE STUDENT WILL BE REQUIRED TO ANSWER QUESTIONS, ALLOWING OPEN DISCUSSION, ON THE SUBJECTS INDICATED BY THE PROFESSOR AND REGARDING WHAT TEACHED DURING THE COURSE.
THE TEST WIL BE FOCUSED ON ASSESSING STUDENTS KNOWLEDGE AND COMPREHENSION OF THE MATTERS INDICATED IN THE COURSE PROGRAMME, THEIR CAPACITY TO FOLLOW TECHNICAL METHODOLOGIES AND THEIR CAPACITY IN APPLYING THEORIES IN RESOLVING THEORETICAL AND OR PRACTICAL CASES.
THE TEST WILL BE SUBMINISTERED ACCORDING TO THE SCHEDULE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED IN ADVANCE AND WILL LAST THIRTY MINUTES FOR EACH STUDENT.
EACH TEST QUESTION WILL BE EVALUATED ACCORDING TO THE FOLLOWING SCALE OF ASSESSMENTS: SEVERELY INSUFFICIENT; INSUFFICIENT; FAIR; GOOD; EXCELLENT.
THE TEST WILL BE CONSIDERED AS PASSED WITH A MINIMUM MARK OF 18/30.
