Loredana CASO Curriculum
Loredana Caso took her degree in Mathematics, cum laude, at University of Salerno in 1991. Since 2006 she is Associate Professor for s.s.d. MAT/05 at “Scienze Matematiche Fisiche e Naturali” faculty of University of Salerno. She is member of the Department of Mathematics, member of the Academic Board of PhD in Mathematics at the University of Salerno and member of the research project " Equazioni ellittiche e applicazioni" University of Salerno. She was reviewer for McGraw-Hill. Moreover she partecipated to many national and international conferences, presenting her research in various communications. In 1998 she has been visiting the Ecole Normale Superieure and the University of Paris VI.
Her research interests include: partial differential equations of ellpitic type with discontinuous and/or singular coefficients in unbounded domains, weighted Sobolev spaces, maximum principle for linear elliptic operators.
