THE OBJECTIVE IS TO UNDERSTAND THREE FUNDAMENTAL ASPECTS OF THE ENTERPRISE: THE ORGANIZATION'S DESIGN, THE ECONOMIC AND FINANCIAL RESULT AND THE LEGAL SYSTEM WITHIN WHICH THE MANAGEMENT ACTS ARE CARRIED OUT. THE COURSE REPRESENTS THE INTRODUCTION TO THE COMPANY'S CONTEXT, WHICH IS BEING STUDIED IN OTHER COURSES WITH REFERENCE TO THE PRODUCT / SERVICE DESIGN, PRODUCTION, MARKETING AND MANAGEMENT CONTROL DIMENSIONS. KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING THE COURSE INCLUDES THE SOCIAL AND ETHICAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE COMPANY'S DECISION-MAKING PROCESS THROUGH THE STUDY OF LAW, ECONOMICS AND ORGANIZATION. THE MAIN ACQUISITIONS ARE: CONTRACTS; THE BONDS; THE ENTERPRISE AND THE ENTREPRENEUR; CORPORATE FORMS; THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS; THE FINANCIAL ASSESSMENT OF THE COMPANY; THE DESIGN VARIABLES OF THE ORGANIZATION; ORGANIZATIONAL CONFIGURATIONS. APPLYING KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING STUDENTS AT THE END OF THE COURSE WILL HAVE TO: KNOW THE RULES GOVERNING THE CONCLUSION OF LEGAL SHOPS AND THOSE WHO PRESIDE OVER THE ASSUMPTION OF OBLIGATIONS WITH THE RESULTING RESPONSIBILITIES; THE MAIN FORMS OF INDIVIDUAL AND COLLECTIVE ENTERPRISE; KNOW HOW TO INTERPRET THE COMPANY'S FINANCIAL AND FINANCIAL RESULTS FROM THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS; UNDERSTAND RELATIONSHIPS AND CHARACTERISTICS OF THE ORGANIZATION'S MAIN DESIGN VARIABLES. MAKING JUDGMENTS AT THE END OF THE COURSE, THE STUDENT WILL BE ABLE TO DRAW UP INDEPENDENT ASSESSMENTS OF AN ENTERPRISE'S FINANCIAL AND ECONOMIC RELIABILITY THROUGH BUDGET DATA, ANALYSIS OF THE CONGRUITY OF ORGANIZATIONAL PROCESSES AND CONFIGURATIONS ADOPTED, LEGAL FRAMING OF CONTRACTUAL CASES AND OF CORPORATE FORMS. COMMUNICATION SKILLS DURING THE COURSE, STUDENTS WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO PRESENT THE RESULTS OF THE EXERCISES IN THE CLASSROOM AND TO ANSWER QUESTIONS ABOUT THE CHOICES MADE. LEARNING SKILLS AT THE END OF THE COURSE, THE STUDENT WILL ACQUIRE KNOWLEDGE OF THE LEGAL, ECONOMIC-FINANCIAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL VARIABLES THAT CHARACTERIZE THE COMPANY'S DECISION-MAKING PROCESSES. |

THE COURSE CONSISTS OF TWO INTEGRATED MODULES: THE BUSINESS LAW MODULE AND THE ECONOMICS AND BUSINESS ORGANIZATION MODULE, EACH OF WHICH TAKES UP TO 60 HOURS (6CFU) BETWEEN LESSONS AND EXERCISES FOR A TOTAL OF 120 HOURS OF DIDACTIC ACTIVITY. TEACHING IS DIVIDED INTO TWO MODULES OF 60 HOURS EACH. IN THE BUSINESS LAW MODULE 45 HOURS ARE DEDICATED TO FRONTAL LESSONS AND 15 HOURS OF EXERCISES. IN THE ECONOMICS AND BUSINESS ORGANIZATION MODULE, 35 HOURS ARE DEDICATED TO FRONTAL LESSONS AND 25 HOURS ARE DEDICATED TO THE EXERCISES.THE FREQUENCY OF LESSONS AND EXERCISES IS COMPULSORY. TO QUALIFY FOR THE FINAL EXAM, THE STUDENT MUST HAVE ATTENDED AT LEAST 70% OF THE TUITION HOURS. ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION IS PERFORMED THROUGH MAGNETIC BADGES. |

THE ACHIEVEMENT OF THE OBJECTIVES IS CERTIFIED BY PASSING AN EXAM. FOR THE BUSINESS LAW MODULE, THE EXAM PROVIDES FOR AN ORAL EXAM. FOR THE ECONOMICS AND BUSINESS ORGANIZATION MODULE, THE EXAM PROVIDES FOR A WRITTEN TEST AND AN ORAL EXAM THAT TAKE PLACE ON THE SAME DAY. THE WRITTEN TEST CONSISTS OF ANALYZING A COMPANY BUDGET. THE ORAL TEST CONSISTS OF A DISCUSSION OF APPROXIMATELY 40 MINUTES AIMED AT ASSESSING THE LEVEL OF KNOWLEDGE, COMPREHENSION AND LANGUAGE OWNERSHIP ACHIEVED BY THE STUDENT. THE STUDENT CAN NOT ACCESS THE EXAMINATION OF THE BUSINESS ECONOMICS AND ORGANIZATION MODULE WITHOUT HAVING PASSED THE BUSINESS LAW MODULE. THE OVERALL EVALUATION WILL ARISE FROM THE ARITHMETIC MEAN OF THE MARKS OBTAINED IN THE TWO MODULES. |
