The aim of the research is to assess the influence of low-skilled migrants on innovation in Europe, since recently some evidence (OECD, 2018) has highlighted a relevant presence of low skilled immigrants, though heterogeneously distributed across countries.

The aim of the research is to implement an empirical model to assess the influence of Islam on the education level in countries where Islam represents the majority religion. The empirical model is derived from the theoretical model of human capital built in the previous part of the research.
