Objectives
CONOSCENZA E CAPACITÀ DI COMPRENSIONE

THIS TEACHING INTRODUCES STUDENTS AT THE ORGANIZATIONAL THEORY, WHICH WILL BE EXAMINED AND ANALYZED AT THE FUNDAMENTAL TECHNIQUES OF MANAGERIAL ACCOUNTING. STUDENTS WILL BE ABLE TO APPLY IN A SYNERGIC AND INNOVATIVE WAY THE DIFFERENT ORGANIZATIONAL APPROACHES AND THE MANAGERIAL ACCOUNTING TOOLS IN ORDER TO MEASURE THEIR ECONOMIC CONSEQUENCES AND TO IMPROVE THEIR AWARENESS OF THE CRITICAL ISSUES TO DEAL WITH THE ORGANIZATIONAL PHENOMENA, FROM BOTH A STRUCTURAL AND A PROCESSUAL PERSPECTIVE. THE INFLUENCENS OF ICT ON STRUCTURAL DYNAMICS WILL BE INVESTIGATED IN-DEPTH.

KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING

ATTENDING AT THE EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES OF THE TEACHING, STUDENTS WILL ACQUIRE SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES BOTH IN THE ANALYSIS AND IN THE MANAGEMENT OF THE MOST IMPORTANT ORGANIZATIONAL PROCESSES. IN PARTICULAR, STUDENTS WILL BE ABLE TO INVESTIGATE THE MAIN PROCESSES REALIZED IN AN IDEAL FIRM, IDENTIFYING THE BEST METHODS TO DEPICT THEM IN A REALISTIC AND EFFECTIVE WAY.

APPLYING KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING

STUDENTS WILL BE SUPPORTED IN SELECTING THE MOST SUITABLE CHOICES OF PROCESSES REENGINEERING WITH THE AIM OF IMPROVING BOTH ORGANIZATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS AND EFFICIENCY. BESIDES, THEY WILL EARN A SOLID THEORETICAL AND EMPIRICAL EXPERTISE IN THE FIELD OF QUALITY ACCREDITATION SYSTEMS. THE CONTENT OF THE COURSE WILL BE BUILT ACCORDING TO THE INNOVATIVE COMPLEXITY MANAGEMENT APPROACH.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

THE TEACHING AIMS AT IMPROVING THE STUDENTS’ COMMUNICATIVE ABILITY, DEVELOPING PUBLIC SPEAKING SKILLS WITH AN EMPHASIS ON REINFORCING INDIVIDUAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS. MOREOVER THE STUDENTS WILL BE ENCOURAGED, WORKING INDIVIDUALLY OR IN GROUPS, TO FULLY REALIZE THE POTENTIAL OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES.

LEARNING SKILLS

BY MEANS OF THE THEORETICAL BACKGROUND ACQUIRED DURING THE COURSE, STUDENTS WILL BE IN A POSITION TO ANALYZE CRITICALLY ORGANIZATIONAL PHENOMENON AND TO SELECT THE MOST APPROPRIATE INTERPRETATIVE KEYS FOR UNDERSTANDING SUCH ISSUES AND FOR HANDLING COMPLEX CASES OF ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE IN THE ICT SECTOR
