Objectives
THIS COURSE AIMS TO ENHANCE THE MOST STRATEGIC SOFT SKILLS IN TODAY'S WORK ENVIRONMENT OF INCREASING COMPLEXITY AND CONTINUOUS CHANGE.
STUDENTS WILL ACQUIRE THE ABILITY TO APPROPRIATELY MANAGE WORK DYNAMICS WITHIN PUBLIC AND PRIVATE ORGANIZATIONS.

Teaching Methods
TEACHING ACTIVITIES WILL BE MIXED. THEORETICAL SESSIONS, CONDUCTED THROUGH LECTURES WILL BE FOLLOWED BY INTERACTIVE LEARNING AND EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING. IN PARTICULAR, STUDENTS WILL BE ASKED TO PARTICIPATE IN WORKING GROUPS ENGAGED IN A PROJECT WORK, SUBJECT OF A FINAL EVALUATION. THE FACE-TO-FACE ACTIVITIES WILL COVER 15 HOURS OF CLASS TIME. THE REMAINING 15 HOURS WILL BE EQUALLY DIVIDED BETWEEN INTERACTIVE AND APPLIED ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING PRACTICAL EXPERIMENTATION OF THEORETICAL CONTENT THROUGH DIGITAL TOOLS, AIMED AT ENHANCING STUDENTS' TRANSVERSAL SKILLS.
ATTENDANCE IS NOT MANDATORY, BUT PARTICIPATION IN LECTURES IS RECOMMENDED.
Verification of learning
THE EXAMINATION COMPRISES TWO SECTIONS. THE FIRST ENTAILS A PROJECT ASSIGNMENT, EITHER COMPLETED INDIVIDUALLY OR BY A GROUP CONSISTING OF 3 TO 6 MEMBERS. PROJECT TOPICS WILL BE DETERMINED IN CONSULTATION WITH THE PROFESSOR. EACH GROUP WILL PRESENT THEIR PROJECT WORK IN THE CLASSROOM, WITH A MAXIMUM TIME LIMIT OF 20 MINUTES PER GROUP. DURING THE PRESENTATION, STUDENTS WILL ELUCIDATE THE PROJECT'S DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT STAGES, THE METHODOLOGY EMPLOYED, AND ANALYZE AND DISCUSS THE ACHIEVED RESULTS. THE DISCUSSION WILL BE SUPPORTED BY SLIDES OR OTHER MULTIMEDIA TOOLS CHOSEN BY THE STUDENTS. THE PROFESSOR WILL POSE QUESTIONS TO DELVE INTO THEORETICAL INSIGHTS AND PROVIDE DETAILED CLARIFICATIONS. THE SECOND SEGMENT OF THE ASSESSMENT WILL ENTAIL AN ORAL INTERVIEW LASTING APPROXIMATELY 15 MINUTES, AIMED AT ASSESSING STUDENTS' LEVELS OF KNOWLEDGE AND COMPREHENSION OF THE THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL CONTENT COVERED IN THE PROGRAM. THE PROFESSOR WILL POSE TWO GENERAL QUESTIONS AND TWO SPECIFIC QUESTIONS, TAILORED TO THE TWO MODULES OF THE COURSE. THE EXAMINATION AIMS TO EVALUATE NOT ONLY STUDENTS' ABILITY TO UNDERSTAND AND APPLY ACQUIRED SKILLS BUT ALSO THEIR CAPACITY FOR DISCUSSION, LEARNING, AND AUTONOMOUS JUDGMENT IN DEVELOPING SOLUTIONS. A MINIMUM SCORE IN THE ORAL TEST WILL REQUIRE KNOWLEDGE OF TOPICS SUCH AS COMMUNICATION, ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR, TEAMWORK, CONFLICT MANAGEMENT, BIASES, AND DECISION-MAKING. HONOURS MARKS WILL BE RECOGNIZED FOR STUDENTS DEMONSTRATING STRONG CRITICAL ANALYSIS SKILLS AND MATURITY IN INTERPRETING ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR.
